I thought their responsiveness was good. I would tell others that they got the job done.

This is the second time I have used these guys. I just purchased a 3rd scheduling for light fixtures. I'm so happy with their service. Very professional and always on time. They even call before they get here.

Used the coupon on Angie's List. Sal called about 20 minutes before he arrived. The previous owner had rigged up another switch and outlet to an existing switch but now there was no power to the new switch and outlet. Sal had to take out the two switches and outlet and figure out which wires went where. He had the tools to figure out the proper configuration of the wiring. He spent about and hour and a half to complete the job including cleaning up all the stripped and cut wiring. I was happy with the results.

Worker came in the promised time window. He called when he was 10 minutes away. He worked quickly and efficiently to get all the work done in the 2 hours we had purchased for $119.00. We had already purchased most of the parts, but he supplied what we did need for an additional $41.00.

I have used this company twice for install of celling fans. Sal is the electrician and both times he was on time, professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again. He also gives a courtesy call before coming out.

They didn't do anything more or less than what they did here. There are actually two things, one is that, what they advertised is not exactly what they delivered, and that you need to actively pursue the appointment, because if we haven't actively pursue the appointment we'd still be waiting.

They came out and did what I consider the minimum amount of what was indicated. I mean there was nothing special about what they did. I purchased two of those for my other house, and I had the same report from my son that they didn't really do any cleaning or anything, they just did an inspection and counted all the pieces made sure everything was working. There was a scheduling issue. They made no recommendation of anything that might be needed or could be done. Here's the problem, see there's this word in what you just said, called cleaning and neither case did they cleaned anything. So, to me that's a false statement, and I don't know if that was Angie's List statement or that was their statement, but whoever statement that was, there was no cleaning whatsoever done. Since I don't know what the intent was on the ad, what they did was just fine, but what I thought they were supposed to do based on their statement, I'm really going to rate them a C, because I really don't feel that we got what they advertised times two, two different houses, so this house it has a new system, didn't need any cleaning, but the other house has a 7-year old system, got no cleaning either, if they cleaned one and not the other I can make a case on their behalf that one is a relatively new system, but they didn't clean anything, they also didn't change the filters, we have the filters available for the changing. We were expecting them to provide the filters.They need to review their statement and to find what it is that need some cleaning. It seems to take a long time it relatively to get the appointment, and I actually had to call them back because they never called me the first time, or after I placed the order. So did respond once we forced the issue they didn't respond. They went about their business they didn't communicate with us as to you know what is going on just had a checklist, doing the checklist, got in and got out.

Once we could get them out, it went quickly. It was high season so it was tough to get an appointment.

He did not show up when scheduled. Needed work done so hired someone else. I called a week or so later to request a refund. Hope refund is processed as promised.

It went well. The initial appointment was rescheduled due to illness, the second appointment was first thing on a Friday appointment and delayed, presumably by traffic. Once here, the work was accomplished quickly and professionally.

Sal analyzed each circuit. Found the first issue in about 45 minutes. Second line was harder to find (we are in a condo), but he performed a work around and all circuits are working. He went right to work and was diligent the whole time he worked here. Very knowledgeable and professional.

It went very well. I felt that the guy who bid on the project and honest and straightforward- was not pushy at all. We got three bids and our neighbors who were considering similar work also got three. This company was right with all the bids from companies that have been around for awhile are have good reputations. I have no doubt that you could get it done more cheaply; however, not sure the quality would come with that. I would use them again for sure.

The price was right, the time frame was on target, and the installation was completed as promised. We did have a very minor hick up and the office staff from the president down quickly went above and beyond to make it right.

Sal tested the dryer, the outlet and the breaker, and retorqued the breaker. Problem solved, in a short amount of time. I was worried it might turn into a big job, but it was taken care of swiftly, and without further cost.
