I was confident that my guy was doing good work. He allowed me to watch him work, which I appreciated... so that I could learn a little. Good communication, and good value.

Al arrived on time and called half hour before to notify he on the way.. it took one hour to complete the AC unit hceck for cold air pressure and Funnace clean up at the attic on the hot day. Very present and good work, I would use this service again

It went very well. The service tech told me about my heater and why it is inefficient. He also told me what I'd have to do to have a new system installed (i.e. space needed for it, requirements, costs).

Install went OK. ABC's trim work was soso. Their asbestos contractor punched a hole into our ceiling. They tried to fix twice. The quality of their drywall work was terrible. I finally gave up and am now living with it until I can hire a real drywaller to do this right. The actual heating/colling work went off without a hitch and I would recommend them, but the choice of their sub-contractor for asbestos removal is questionable.

The service provided was good. I bought a special filter that was probably a hundred bucks. They were here on time and did it right. The price was good.

Sal was the electrician who arrived on time & was very friendly & helpful. He apologized that he could not fix the fan in the time allotted but he told me how to do it myself if I wanted to try it. It turned out I had ordered the wrong spa timer model (120v instead of 240v). Sal advised me I had the wrong timer; he was awesome, very polite & helpful. He had the company agree to let him come back to install the correct timer when I'd purchased it. Sal did a great job installing the timer and was equally punctual, polite & helpful, hence the A ratings! Thanks Sal and Valley Heating & Cooling--greatly appreciated!

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal in September, 2011 for a tune up which they completed. We actually hired them to come back and do it again a week ago. They called to confirm. They came exactly when they set the date and time. They did the job and walked us through what had happened and what was needed. They were very informative.

The service turned out good. He showed up on time. He immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. The price was good because it was one of Angie’s list specials.

Sal was the electrician that came to our house and he was very prepared for the job. We had talked about it before when he came for an inspection prior to the actual day of service. He did the job as specified and even took time to fix an outlet that wasn't working. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the service.

The whole process went very smoothly. They were very professional and since the chain was showing signs of wear as well I decided to have them change the motor to a belt driven system as well. The serviceman was very experienced and professional and the whole prcess was done quickly and smoothly. I would definitely use them again.

It turned out okay. It was good. We bought a coupon just for cleaning. They did come and did a reasonably good job. They had to follow-up. The A/C was not working. They figured out a part may have to be changed and they took a follow-up appointment just to come and fix the issue. I had to follow-up a few times to make sure that the second appointment was coming. They didn't call up to fix the appointment until the part that they ordered arrived. I was not aware of that. I was just thinking that these guys are not calling that's why I had to call one r two times. The person told me that they will call back but nobody called back. Next time I called, I talked to the person who really knew the information. He said "We didn't call you because we don't have the information yet. We'll call you when we have the part out." That made a lot of sense so I had to wait. They had the part and they called me and fixed the appointment.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was 52% off on the services. They were actually good. I wanted them to come out and I was satisfied with their performance. I don’t remember how much I spent on their services and so I cannot judge their price. They did a good job. I cannot recollect about their responsiveness. They were on time and they also finished their work on time.

Valley heating and cooling was very responsive to my initial inquiries into upgrading my furnace and installing air conditioning having an appointment available within a couple days of me calling them. When the sales guy came out to my house he was very helpful providing me the list of different options for my upgrade of furnace and installation of AC. He was not at all pushy as sales people often are and he was very knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions. I wanted to get a system installed that would make me eligible for current government tax breaks and he knew the system requirements necessary for that. Overall I was very satisfied with the initial experience and an appointment for the installation was scheduled within the following week. Since they had a cancellation they called me and gave me the option to have the installation done earlier than planned which I was happy with. The technicians came out to do the installation and completed the job in about 1.5 days. The technicians who did the installation were very professional and made every effort to do it with high quality to ensure all necessary building codes were met. They explained the work that had been done and were happy to answer any questions that I had. After the installation was complete I reviewed the work with them and I wanted some additional exposed areas of the piping that was installed on the outside of my house covered for purely cosmetic reasons. They were happy to do this small amount of additional work so that I was satisfied. A week later I had a city inspector come by and he was also very satisfied with the quality of the installation. Since installation the system has been working great for the past couple weeks and I am very happy that I chose valley heating and cooling for my installation.

Once again, this company provided excellent work me! I use them now for all of my heating, A/C, landscape lighting, and now electrical services! This company has turned into a one stop service provider for me! I appreciate their service, responsiveness, and professionalism. I highly recommend them!
