I asked them to contact me today by phone so that I could set up an appointment and when they never called I gave them a call and they told me they would not be able to get me in this month or even before Christmas. They were completely booked so I asked for a refund on the big deal purchase.

Overall they did a good job. My only problem was trying to schedule the appointment. I originally went directly to Valley Heating's website to schedule my appointment and did not receive a response. I contacted them again through Angie's list and still did not receive a response. After a couple of days I called them and they responded that I was on their list to call that day. The work and technician were professional and did a good job.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. That also went well. It was used shortly after the purchased of the coupon. They were very professional and they were quick. There was much less dust in the house.

First off, I would highly recommend using Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical. I was promptly contacted back using the message center on Angie's List to appraise what work I needed done and given an approximation of the time required to complete the job. For the timeframe I needed I was given the next available date for an appointment and they followed up the day before to confirm my appointment and give me an approximate arrival time for the technician. On the day of the appointment, Sal called me to let me know he was on his way and when he would be at my house. He arrived on time and immediately got started on my job. I had a 6 hour window booked out for the amount of work I needed done and he worked tirelessly through all 6 hours to get everything installed. I had 2 ceiling fans (no pre-existing mounting), 1 Front porch light assembly, 1 Backyard light assembly, and a total of 7 light switches and plates installed. I had forgotten to pick up light switches and plates when I was purchasing my fixtures for installation but Sal had those in his truck and the prices were very reasonable for each. He was very professional and his work was outstanding. I definitely would choose Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical for any future electrical jobs. Danielle and Sal were both a pleasure to work with and prices were reasonable for the outstanding quality of work being done. Thank you.

Everything was great! The technician was very honest and helpful.

It turned out well. The service technician that came out was prompt. He explained everything that he was doing so I understood what was going on. He explained how the whole process worked. He was well informed and very creative. I would recommend them as a company to others. I have seen other places with a lesser price but Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical is reputable and they have really good reviews so rather than having someone unknown to come, I would rather have someone that seems to be a more trusted vendor on the site. I would probably shop around on the pricing of such services in the future but they are trusted so I am probably more likely to use them than less likely.

It was okay. The guy was nice. We ended up having another company to come out to finish the work. We got a second opinion and the opinion was different so we decided to go with the other company. The guy who came out was on time and he was very clean. He picked up after himself really well which was great. But for more difficult problems, he’s probably not the right guy.

They came out last October 28 and the service turned out fine. It took me a while to get an appointment and that probably was not realistic expectation on my part but they appeared on time. I'm very happy with the service and I haven't had problem so far.

They were outstanding. They were very low key, no pressure to do upgrade or buy anything. They were full of information when asked. They were on time. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anybody. I didn't pay more for the services but what I did do is pay for the new circuit board. They did the work when I requested.

Our lower floor AC control would sometimes switch to heat mode when we have it set to cool. I setup an appointment with Valley Heating/Cooling and they were able to come over the next day. They came on time and were very professional. I provided some information on what our issue was and he went about trouble-shooting it. He was able to find the issue and fix it within an hour.

Sal was great. This was the second time he has been to my home. He is prompt, works efficiently, and does a very good job. He even left my house as clean as it was when he arrived. I was happy to see a friendly face. I will definitely be using Valley Electrical again.

The technician cleaned out all the ducts including the furnace vent and the dry vent. He was very professional and experienced. He did an excellent job.

Replace blower motor and fan assembly, perform test and tune-up on furnace

After frustrating starts and stops, the job was to install GFCI boxes and accompanying cable runs in the garage to accommodate a new electric garage door and a need for more outlets. Sal the installer was absolutely great, as was the in-house supervisor (I think his name was Mike). The problem was getting the 'specs'/desired configuration right between all of the parties involved ... apparently myself, also. Long story, but it all came 'out in the wash'. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and suggestive of what could be done, after the particulars were finally agreed on by everyone-the job was done quickly and to my satisfaction, and the install works like a charm. Just a note; really consider having a job done via the 'Time+Materials' route, instead of a total job bid. It could be to your advantage.

Fixed wiring near a broken motion detector switch. Added a switch for front lights to our entry so we didn't have to do that from the garage. They're pretty booked up running these specials, so had to wait a month or something for an appointment. But the work is good. I was worried about cutting into the wall in our entry for a wider switch box, but now that it is done, you can't tell... like it was original construction. Nothing for me to patch/repair/paint.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good and they were good folks. I paid additional for some parts, but it was fine. I've used them before. It was a good deal and they did good work. I can't complain.

They were very helpful and told us that we needed to replace the ventilation pipes. They could not really do much in cleaning it. The service that they provided was not much use to us, because they could not do the cleaning, but they were able to identify the problem. We did replace the tubing to the outside world. They were not providing it, so it was not like they were trying to get us to buy something else. They told us what we needed to do. They did a good job in figuring out what was wrong. My wife thought that they were great. They gave us consulting advice. It was the right thing to do. They were very professional, skilled, honest, ethical and very customer oriented.

The air duct cleaning was performed. My only issue is the guy that came out removed the vent cover and could not replace it because something broken. Fully aware of this, the guy said sorry. The company never contacted me to get it fixed or offered anything to resolve. I am going to have my contractor do the cover this week.

The process went very smooth. I called and scheduled an appointment and the technician (Javier) was on time. He explained the process clearly and answered all the questions I had. The actual process took about an hour or so. After he was done, we tested if the heater worked properly. Good job Javier!

Sal arrived on time, was super friendly and courteous, was SUPER efficient (I've never seen anyone toy with electricity as fast as Sal), and go the job done. Setting up the appointment was pain free and they gave a call the business day prior to my appointment. I couldn't have had a better experience and was very pleasantly surprised at how quick/efficient Sal worked - especially since I purchased an angie's list coupon!

The service was good. I did have trouble getting a hold of them at first. It took about 2 weeks to get a hold of them after I purchased the deal. I never got an e-mail so I ended up having to track them down and follow up and they said that they never got a good indication from Angie’s List. Once we started to communicate, the company was personable and they finished the job quickly. I was happy with the result. They have a good price and friendly service.

Valley did a terrific job overall. Will use them again for other services.
