One glitch came up (not their fault) that made the job more difficult and their guys handled it. Everything working great so far.

I used them a few years before for another heating problem. They are not cheap but they are not over priced. They are reasonable. They are not the cheapest place in town, but they are reasonable and they do good work. I can't give them an A on price because they are not cheap. I would use them again.

Everything was done with the highest level of professionalism. The service man arrived on time, was very thorough in everything he did, and was able to explain everything he was doing and to recommend the best course of action for when he saw something out of the ordinary. I would definitely use their service again.

Unfortunately, the person they sent out to work on our Air Conditioner did not know how to work on Air Conditioners. He said he couldn't help, it was broken and we should find a repairman. LOL, That's what I thought I called. I called Valley back later that day and they said I would need a technician, not a service person?? The hundred bucks I paid to have him show up was a complete waste. No big deal, I called another company and all is well. Thank goodness Angie's List has lots of choices.

What a great experience. Sal was prompt, professional, and efficient. I cannot recommend him highly enough. 2 hours paid in advance on an Angie's List deal, then $45 for the part to repair the damaged outdoor outlet.

Very well. Baseline models are on par with competition for price. The more efficient models quoted were much more expensive, however, and I wanted a very efficient furnace. I ended up paying another vendor about $400 more for a 95% furnace; Valley was around $2000 more.

He needed to cut the ceiling drywall in order to remove & replace the fan. When done installing the fan he repaired the opening with drywall but I will need to sand the joints, apply drywall mud, sand again and then paint to have the ceiling look good again. That wasn't his part of the job though so I don't have a problem with this. If I'd wanted to pay his regular rate I'm sure he would have stayed & completed this work.

I first contacted Valley to get a quote on how much it would cost to get air conditioning installed. I live in an older town home that is approximately 1100 sq. ft. They sent someone out to take a look and see what was involved. He was very professional and explained what was involved including getting permits from the city. He quoted the amount and provided me with an invoice. I contacted them 3 months later to say I was ready for the install. The installation turned out to be quite challenging due to the way my home is constructed, but Valley made it work. The service person had to stay a few hours longer but I wasn't charged anything extra for it. They stuck with the amount of the estimate that was quoted. It's only been a couple of months since the install, but I have to say my only complaint at this point is how cold it gets when I turn on the air. But that's a nice problem to have. :)

Professional workers and office staff. They workers were very good at re-working the ducts. The crew was on time everyday they worked.

Arnel had me up and operating with a new replacement unit within 20 minutes. He spent an additional 25 minutes checking the system and tuning the blower speed to lengthen the heating cycle. Price and value of the service was excellent. My only disappointment is that parts from authorized Lennox dealers cost 3 times what is available online. This was what drove me to risking doing the initial upgrade myself. True, the more expensive part worked--while the online replacement instructions that came with the defective unit advised "self-installation voids warranty"--but I would have preferred to pay more for the skills and service, not for an overpriced bit of antiquated Honeywell electronics.

It was a regular check up, it was not an installation or anything, it was regular maintenance.

I think it was free because it was a follow up visit. I think we were covered for 2 years. We had major service done and I don't remember what was done. Then they offer for 2 more years they can come out and make adjustments if they need to. Excellent all the day. I was impressed with their professionalism too. Over all I am very impressed with them and would certainly bring them back and hire them again.

Sal was excellent : very able and conscientious to make sure all was fixed and safe before he left.

They have been great. They helped me out a lot. They came out pretty quickly and helped me decide what I needed to do. They got the work scheduled and were able to come out on short notice. They took care of a couple of things right away. Ultimately we were very happy with the equipment they helped us select so, everything -- service, equipment, follow up, scheduling -- and the people they sent out here were terrific too.
