We had him clean and inspect our furnace. They were really personable. I would use them in the future if they were more competitive in price and scheduling.

They did what they they were supposed to do and I have no complaints.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was disappointed with them. They went around hitting the heat registers with air, but they never vacuumed around the area and so I had to go back and vacuum a lot of the areas in which they worked. I don't think they did a thorough job. If you're talking to the people who came, it looks like it was a standard deal which they had. There were no extra charges. I think they weren't pretty professional about their work. It looked like a deal you can get anywhere.

Scheduling was quick, they were out within a week of me calling. The service was good and they were professional.

The day I scheduled the appointment they never turned up. I had to call back and ask why the service men are not here yet and the excuse I got was "Sorry the dates got mixed up" but the lady was apologetic and scheduled me for another day. But the point is....I had to take day off from work to be able to get this job done. Now I have to or my husband have to take off from work on another day. Next thing I do want to mention: During my appointment setup the first time, I inquired about how long it usually takes for the service to complete I was told about 2 hours but these guys (2 people) when they came they seemed to be in a rush and they were all over the place and completed the job in about 40-45 mins. Not sure how efficiently they cleaned up but they seemed to be rushing things to get it completed. While 1 service man kept talking to my husband of how old the furnace we have and we should get it replaced and the other guy came back saying your furnace is in good condition, do you want to get it tuned. They seemed very commercial trying to get us to buy more of their service. Maybe they cleaned our Air ducts and cleaned up the filter but overall I am not very happy with the service they provided.

Overall ok. We have come to notice that our railing (newly painted about 2 months ago) has had several layers of paint removed or sanded off in several spots. We had to have our painter come back and retouch up the railing. They need to cover the railing or not have their equipment directly contact painted structures. Otherwise the guys were nice and seemed to know what they were doing. They just need to pay attention that they aren't causing other damage. They generally cleaned up ( a few papers and dust were left in a couple places).

It went ok. I guess he did what I had paid for. I was standing with him all the time....and I expected he would educate me a bit about stuff..Just llet me know what he was doing as I was right there but he didnt do that. However he did answer my questions so its ok I can't say theirs will be the first number I call if I need HVAC ...but I can certainly consider them. It was an Angie's list big deal otherwise I think they would have been very expensive for the job.

They did a great job. They came when forecast, were very efficient and very friendly.

One of the fixtures was so old, he had to sketch some wiring mods. He was able to successfully do this and did the rewiring and got the pesky ballasts installed. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Sal (the technician) called ahead of time and asked if he can come earlier, which we gladly accepted. He installed a power outlet and a circuit breaker quickly (approx 30 minutes), and then did some inspection of other circuits, answered questions etc.

The electrician was great. He told me that the light fixture that I chose was not very good--it would take too much electricity to use. We rushed to a nearby hardware store and got a better one. We returned and he changed two bedroom ceiling light fixtures and a front doorbell in the remaining time.

And - even when I've had to call for a return visit to deal with a still-existing noise problem - Valley Heating has been professional and prompt in returning and quickly resolving the issue. An 'A' company great service!

Our downstairs furnace quit working and was throwing an error code fault when turned on. We called Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical to take a look and was happy about being able to have a technician come out the very next day. When the tech arrived he was courteous and very knowledgeable about the inner workings of our furnace. It turns out the issue was due to a faulty sensor connection which was quickly fixed. The service took less than an hour and overall we were very happy with the results. The price could have been slightly cheaper considering the actual amount of work, but we cannot complain about the results. Overall we will consider Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical for future work and would recommend them to others looking for similar services.

Sal arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. As he was repairing the problems he took the time while he was working to explain what was going on. He found that a couple of switches had been wired wrong when it was installed and fixed them. The outlet that wasn't working was also wired wrong at the switch and he converted it to always on as we did not need it to be switched. We also wanted an outlet installed that the General Contractor could not get to work. Sal managed to figure out where the wires were supposed to be and made it work with the switch. It is always nice to watch somebody work who is good at what they do.

Professional, courteous service from start to finish! Danielle at the office got my appt. set up, called the day prior as promised, and Arnell (technician) called 30 min. prior to arrival. I bought the Angie's deal, $75 for check up and tune up of both heating & A/C (a great value!) Arnell definitely knows his stuff; took the time to check everything out and write a report, then went over everything with me. He even put shoe coverings on before stepping in my door! Super nice and I could not be more pleased. I had no idea they serviced South County but will be using them in the future for any repair/replacement of my systems.

It went fine. The unit has been working fine since they did the work, and I would use them again if I needed them.

Good quality of work but misleading ad. "Only $60 for $120 Towards Certified Electrical Services! Services include but not limited to: New outlet, electrical diagnosis, new light fixture or ceiling fan installation, or a panel upgrade. Deal is not valid for emergency services." Pros: Both the office staff and the electrician are very responsive and professional. I have traded couple phone calls and email with the company to ensure they can do the job before I purchased the Big Deal. They did mention that I need to provide all the parts but never mentioned the job will be bigger than what I bought. Sal (the electrician) called ahead twice (1 day ahead and half hour ahead) and was on time for the job. Sal is very pleasant and professional. He had to go down to the crew space to move the old wires a foot away. Con: I think the advertising is kind misleading. The "$60 for $120 worth of work" really means you got one hour of electrical work not a job quote - (changing hardwired to a plug-in). I was under the assumption that they will be able complete the job using the Big Deal. It did take longer than expected but it would have been nice to have a quote up front as to how much it will cost instead of being charged at the end ( I paid $90 for the additional .75 hours). Anyway, the work is done professionally and I am happy with the quality.

Repairman showed up early, but called first to see if that would be OK. Very polite, friendly and proffessional. I expected he would leave after the 20 minutes it took to diagnose and fix, but he did some cleaning and extra items as mentioned above.

It worked out good. They were prompt and on time. They made some recommendations. They let me know what is to be fixed right away and what can wait. I thought they were very professional. In terms of work, it was just inspection so that was nothing measurable. They were good.

Sal did an excellent job; he was timely, and cleaned up the area.

Saul was very professional, drilling holes in the ceiling beams to thread the wire, connecting the light to other lights so that it comes on with the same light switch. He drilled a hole into the light to make the connection work, and installed proper wiring for the new light. He even swapped out a wall plug. This was one hour's worth of work, $120 for $60. I had an Angie's deal.
