It turned out well. They did a good job. The pricing was reasonable. They seemed thorough. They were very responsive. They got here when they said they would. They got hung up some place but they called. When they called and changed it, they were very punctual. They were very professional.

They called us after we purchased the Big Deal to schedule the appointment and I found that to be very helpful. They were very good. They didn’t charge me anymore than what was agreed upon in the Big Deal. They followed up a couple of months later with us.

Some difficulty scheduling an appointment, but other than that everything went very well. The technician called before arriving, showed up on time, completed the job quickly and explained what was done before he left.

It all went really well. They arrived on time, explained what they would do, took out the rusty exhaust fan, and did some extensive work in the attic to make the new exhaust fan fit and operate. They really were efficient and had the job done in exactly two hours. I would happily use them again in the future. In fact, we plan to have them out to install some ceiling fans later this year.

An electrician, Sal, came during the scheduled arriving window. He has done the necessary checks with the breaker, as well as the outlets. Sal first looked at the breaker to make sure that it is OK, then continued with other checks on a group of suspicious outlets. He has worked quickly trying to troubleshoot the problem, and at the end the lights were brought back to the room. Overall, I am pleased with this service effort, and hope the solution will last forever. Thank you.

The service was okay. They were on time, but I am not sure they did everything that they were supposed to do. I have a very old heater, and the vent is painted over, so they cannot open it, and so I didn't think they could do a good job. I thought the price was a lot to pay. This was the first time that I used them.

They haven't done the work for me yet, however, I saw that the deal was close to expiring, so I called them. The lady was very nice, and said to simply call them when I was ready. They were professional and courteous over the phone.

I heard about them through Angie’s List. They came out yesterday and we probably have to have them come out again. They did something and our electrician messed it up. They came yesterday for a follow up. They are very professional and very thorough. They cleaned up all the mess unlike my electrician. For me the price seemed expensive but for my husband it didn’t seem so, so I have to say it was reasonable.

It went well. They cleaned up afterwards and he was conscientious. He was timely. They were better than average and the price was good. I would use them again.

Valley Heating and Cooling's Electrician is amazing. He came out and did all the plugs and two of my bathroom fans. He did a great job, worked fast, and you can't beat the price. I would absolutely have them come out again if I needed them!

He replaced the existing bath fan with a new one. Initially gave a higher time estimate but finished the job in 2 hours as covered by Angie's list purchase.

The service provided was excellent. The guy that came out was very pleasant, he was knowledgeable, he did everything we wanted him to do and we were just very satisfied with him. I highly recommend him and their services. We had more electrical done. He really did a great job, I use it for Christmas to plug in additional lights so my mom was very happy with that. We'll call his services when we needed more done. He also cleaned up the mess and disposed it properly.

I had a whole laundry-list of items that I figured were more than would fit in the available time for the "two hours of electrical work" bargain deal I'd purchased, but to my surprise Sal from Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical managed to fit them all in. He adjusted the plethora of lighting switches on three different panels in the kitchen to my specs so that they now make more sense, installed replacements (that I'd purchased in advance so they'd be ready to go) for the ones I was migrating to dimmable LED lighting, and even asked permission to spend some time adjusting one of the panels so that it was better set into the wall. (I'd long ago assumed that particular hole had been mis-cut and would never *quite* be covered by the light panel. But this was clearly not Sal's first time dealing with a finicky fit and he got it to sit perfectly.) Sal made sure to work on things in their order of importance to me, starting with the outdoor motion-sensor light (works great now), then the various switches I wanted adjusted, then the more minor issues like the closet light we don't need but that I've always been curious about why it's never worked (apparently it's not actually wired). For another minor but longstanding issue with cabinet lights that sometimes work but sometimes blink mysteriously, Sal identified and removed a bad transformer from up in the attic crawlspace. He was both friendly and professional, and I'd say I got everything I'd hoped for except that really it was more than I'd hoped.

Everything turned out well. It was easy getting in touch with them, they did a quality job, and they provided helpful information about my furnace and when it should be replaced.

We purchased a coupon from Angie's List for the duct cleaning. While we were waiting for that appointment, the heater went out; so we had them come back to install the heater today. The gentleman was very professional who came out for the duct cleaning. He was on time and he was running a little late, but he called and informed us about it. We had no complaints at all. The coupon was reasonable. We shopped around and found the price there. We haven't paid them for the install yet, but it would comparable. So far the quality has been good.

Very good job. they needed to come back to fix a fuse problems but job was finished. Completely satisfied.

Sal is a great electrician. Very professional, listens well and cares about solving the problems efficiently. Would definitely use the services again.

Charles arrived with in the service window and called 30 minutes before as promised. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He was patient and answered all questions. Once he had fixed the capacitor he checked out a loud noise the ducts were making and eliminated it! No more waking up when the furnace kicks on :).

The provider showed up on time, did the requested fan installation, and cleaned up well. He even went over by a few minutes but didn't charge me extra. I was very satisfied with their performance and everything works well several months later.
