Person was prompt (actually early), very thorough, and re-checked some items when we had questions. Very happy with provider.

The electrician was very knowlegible, and helpful. He was very easy to deal with and made good suggestions.

They were careful to clean up after themselves each day. Everything works great so far although I'm still waiting to get the final inspection from the city done.

Everything turned out well. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and they did a good job with the tune up. They did such a good job, in fact, that I decided to sign a maintenance contract with them.

Second time I have used their service. Always ontime, always professional and very friendly. I was on a conference call for work at the time and he was very respectful towards that. He did a great job and made a suggestion for where to mount the remote. I will use them again for service.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out great. I was really happy with the service. The technician was right on time and nice to work with. His work was great. I did the service a couple of weeks after I purchased the deal. I asked him to do additional work over the amount of the Big Deal. The Big Deal pricing was excellent.

Sal was able to arrive early and contacted us to see if that would be okay. We said it was fine, and so he arrived a couple hours before the schedule time frame. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. He evaluated our 20-year-old front yard lighting fixtures and determined them to be corroded beyond repair. He evaluated the wiring and let us know what it would take to replace them with new fixtures. He also installed a timer for our front porch light. Overall an excellent experience. He also let us know that replacing the yard lighting fixtures could be done by a landscaper since it was a low voltage system - this would probably cost less than using an electrician. He also suggested a good brand of lighting fixtures for us to review on the web.

It was fine. I purchased 2 Big Deals from them. The technician was very professional and really nice. I thought he did a good job. He was in and out in a timely fashion. It worked out well for me.

It was pretty good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They did a pretty thorough cleaning.

It went well. I think the service was excellent. The electrician that came over was friendly and helpful. It was all positive. The deal price was cheap. I think the normal price would be within par of other companies.

I brought the one hour super deal which only cost $60. The technical came in one time can got the job done in only 30 minutes. Then he helped me fix another plug, moved a few lights, and answer my questions on what light fixture to buy for an open space. I will definitely use their service ago after I get the new LED light fixture.

When above and beyond to fix the problems and keep them from coming back.

They came in and did a tune up was impressed with the work that they did. They came and did it on time. I have no complaints.

Very well. 30 year old furnace is in good shape, confirmed by technician. Resulted in conversation about water heater and recommendation for replacement of both. Clean, efficient and courteous technician. Wood definitely use again.

Everything went well. He was a bit rushed becuase there was a lot to do. One gentleman came out. He did stay for about three hours. Choose provider becuase of the big deal. The work seemed a little pricey. Doesn't know if would recommend to family and friends

He worked quickly and was cheerful, despite having to give me a little more time than was originally scheduled.

I placed a call into the shop at approx 8:15am. I got a window of 11am-3pm for a tech to arrive for service. Tech called at 11:45am and arrived at my door by 12:15pm. Charles went thru the unit and was able to get it working in approx 25 min. I did get an "Angie's List" discount from their standard house call charge ($125) so only paid $90. We discussed what might have caused the issue and what might have to happen next if it reoccurs. He showed me the connector that was loose in case that should happen. Overall, I was very happy with my experience with the tech and the company and would not hesitate to use them again.

I was given a 3 hour window, but assured that I would be first. However, the guys did not come until an hour after that time (even though it was within the window given). That was a little disappointing as it would have been nice to know that they ended up scheduling someone before me. In any event, the guys were extremely friendly and efficient. They were in and out in a snap and they were very polite and pleasant. They told me that they ended up getting a lot out of the vents. I decided to check one of the vents that night and much to my surprise, there were dust balls in the vents, a coin, and other random small items. I was a bit surprised, as I thought that a complete vent cleaning would have cleared all of that. I took a video of the dust and called Valley. They were very pleasant, told me that they did not need to see the video, and rescheduled the cleaning right then and there. I would definitely use them again. Their customer service is TOP notch, from scheduling to rescheduling. Just wish the vents were more clean the first time, as that is what I had expected.
