The service turned out very well. The technician was very professional and showed up right on time. He was here for about an hour. He performed many checks to make sure everything was operating okay. He also had many suggestions for energy efficiency that could cut down costs. He let me know about their maintenance plan while he was visiting. I may consider the plan because I was so pleased with their service. They were very responsive and scheduling was very easy. The pricing was reasonable for the area.

The visit went very well. The technician was very quick, however I would have liked him to look at a few more things. My husband ran the appointment - so overall, it was good.

Arching issue in my garage which the electrician found a fault GFCI and replaced.

When I contacted them, they said they don’t service San Francisco. However, they were good to deal with phone.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It went well. They were very professional and timely. They did what they said they were going to do.

I made an appointment for 5/15/2014 and someone called me the day before with a 2 hour window for the next day. On the 15th the window went by without anyone calling or showing up. I called in and the guy I talked to had no idea what was up. I understand that sometimes these things don't work out but I expect a call during the window letting me know so I don't have to hang around for nothing. Unless the guy who was to show up is in the hospital there is no excuse for not calling or having someone at the office call.

Electrician got it done in no time so I had 20 min. left to have him check my electrical in my garage to make sure it was up to code and give me input on having recessed lighting installed in my kitchen. He confirmed my thought that using a contractor to do the work as part of my kitchen upgrade was the best way to go, since it will involve filling in a large space where the old fluorescent lights are now.

I purchased a $75 deal on Angie's List for Valley Heating Cooling & Electrical. I set up the appointment with ease and Charles came out right on time. Charles did a complete inspection of our A/C and Heater units. Charles carefully went over each unit, answered all of my questions and even found some old filter bits in the heater's blower area. He had expert knowledge of our equipment and gave me lots of helpful information. He was FANTASTIC!! I'm very pleased to say I found my new go-to HVAC company! Thanks again Charles!

These guys were AWESOME. First off, I had to re-schedule several times, and they were always super nice, accommodating and made it super easy. The day of they called to give me a heads up they were coming. The two guys were extremely professional and courteous. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They actually went above and beyond. When some kind of fuse went out, they replaced the part -- weren't sure if it was just because it was old, or something they did, but they said either way they'd replace it free of charge. I will absolutely use them again! A++++

Its been working out pretty good. I've also asked them to come out repeatedly to do some things for me. They kept to the deal and did a couple of more hours of work. They do excellent work. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They arrived on time and did a quick job. Though I didn't see any difference. Also I don't know what's furnace tune up include cause Pg&e guy said my heater is creating a lot of carbon monoxide which is a deadly gas and it is not being vented to the outside very well. But they didn't tested that out.

They came out and did the service. It was fine. They basically just inspected and told me that everything looked fine.

They didn’t end up doing the work. It was frustrating to schedule with them. They gave me a very small window they were available and dates that were very far out which didn’t work with me. I had someone local here do the work.

It was very expensive and not what I was expecting. The guy upsold me on something that, when I looked at it afterward, it didn’t look like he had done what he said he would.

They did a great job. They are always very nice. We've used them twice and we really like them.

It went well until he started in on a sales pitch for a hugely expensive maintenance contract that we did not want or need. He left disgusted that we wasted his time.

Very smooth from start to finish. Called to have a maintenance check and found out my furnace was cracked. This was on Thursday and by the following Wednesday the work is done. Everyone was professional, polite and helpful. I have never had an instillation go so well. I live in an older home and there is always something that needs to be worked around. They didn't bat an eye, just gave me my options and made it happen.

It turned out fine. It’s been a couple of years since it was installed and we've had no problems with the water heater.

My experience with them worked out well. The service was as described and expected. There were no extra charges to the Big deal, and they came out a few weeks after I purchased the Big Deal.

Sal was great, I bought the wrong parts for the fix. He gave me the option of going to the store or him providing the parts. He hung a new light in the garage, installed a new thermostat, hung a new light in a guest bathroom. All the work was very professional. I am very happy. Sal was very aware of the time, and worked quickly.

We purchased 2 hours of labor from Angie's Big Deal for this vendor for $133 so I'm not sure what it would have cost otherwise. Our technician was friendly, efficient and professional. He wasn't sure he could could complete all of our list in two hours but he managed to do it. *Note that our security lights had already been mounted and wiring run to the junction box, he just needed to hook up the wires to the junction box. The technician even replaced a couple missing screws from our deck lighting fixture at no charge from some miscellaneous parts he had in his truck. He cleaned up his work area thoroughly. We would work with this vendor in the future.

It went fine. I had no problem. They were really good. The season was busy and the coupon had run out. They did it for the coupon price and they did a very good job. I paid $100 more than the big deal purchase for the extra cleaning that needed to be done which was not a problem. The technicians were very thorough. They knew what they were doing and they did a thorough job. I was very pleased with them.

Valley Heating and AC provided a small 2 hour window for service, as opposed to lengthy 4 to 5 hour windows that some places provide. That was appreciated, as to not waste an entire day waiting around. Valley Heating and AC called the day before to confirm the service and the morning of to let us know they were on their way. The technician was very knowledgeable, provided excellent service and made just a few suggestions. There was no up-selling that took place and we will absolutely use Valley Heating and AC again.

The service was great. They did it when they said they were going to do and it got done as expected. It was a big deal purchase. The price was very good. It was good quality.
