He was absolutely excellent. The communication was very good. He explained everything to me. The work he did turned out excellent, he was very very good.

They were fast, and good. And were able to squeeze us in to there schedule.

Although I have used this company in the past with good results, they were not able to provide the service this time in a timely manner (their schedule was booked out too far for my current need). So, I am cancelling this coupon purchase. I did find another company that will come out today via Angie's List, but they unfortunately, don't have any coupons for this type of service on Angie's List. Timing is more important to me than saving a few bucks.

I called the company to schedule an appointment for the work to be done but my daughter-in-law informed me that her rental's landlord did not want this work to be done at this time. I requested a refund for this deal.

Great initial job. I've used Valley Heating on a couple of occasions and they always impress. This time, almost 2 months after the service was performed we noticed our dryer struggling to get loads completely dry so I called Valley back saying we were seeing a repeat of the original proglem. They sent someone over on the same day I called and they fixed the problem even though the issue was the way our vent exited to our roof. Even though the problem wasn't theirs, they stayed involved to get to a great outcome. Way to go Valley!!!

Went great. All done within 2 hours purchased. Sal worked quickly and efficiently, as usual. A great representative for his company.

We used Sal at Valley Heating, Cooling, and Electrical for our last electrical wiring project. There was no question that we were going to use Sal again, for this project. He is very professional and does exceptional work. We consider Sal at Valley HCE our go-to person for electrical work, now.

They closed it up very well. It took less that an hour so right away they asked the office if they could charge less because it wasn't going to take long but the office said an hour / $120 was their minimum. They kept showing me how many layers of secure material they were putting on so I would know they were doing a good job.

We had purchased a chandelier and light to be installed in our dining room and bathroom, respectively. We hired Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical to install these items and a ceiling fan in one of our bedrooms. We utilized a coupon in Angies's List for the work. When the provider arrived at our house, we spent considerable time bringing in the 20-foot ladder to reach the high ceiling in our dining room. However, to our dismay, we noticed that the chandelier did not have adequate cable for the high ceiling. So, the ladder had to be hauled out without any work being performed. If the provider had the presence of mind to first check if the chandelier had all the necessary accessories for a high ceiling before bringing in the ladder, we could have saved considerable labor. A similar situation turned out for the bathroom light. The provider mentioned that for this style of light, a backing is required on the drywall to hold it in place. The old light, which was removed by the provider, had to be reinstalled by us. The final item to be installed was a ceiling fan. Fortunately the provider was able to locate a joist in the ceiling and was able to install it without any problems. Our overall experience on this project was less than satisfactory, since a lot of time was spent on preparation rather than on the installation. Before long, the 2-hour period, which the coupon was good for, was over.

They did an excellent job. Gave me recommendations for upkeep of my current furnace and went over other services they offer that they saw I could use. They also fixed a small problem with the return air system. They explained what they were going to do before they started. Very professional!

I was contacted by the provider a few days after purchasing a "Big Deal" with an appointment set-up for a couple of weeks in advance. Cindy and I had to play a few rounds of phone tag before we could get a day and time mutually agreed upon. The technician arrived as scheduled and was very professional. The one issue I had was that there was an "extra" observer along that day that was either in training or was there to learn the trade. I wasn't especially pleased with the arrangement. The fellow seemed OK, but just seemed to be observing a little more than just what the technician was doing. All of the equipment checked out fine and I was happy with the work provided by the technician.

It went quite well. They were on time, and professional. The electrical technician knew what he was doing.

Sal is such a great guy that I am a repeat customer. He is friendly, patient, professional and hard working! He looked at my plan and worked around a lot of stuff stored in the garage without complaint. He works at a steady pace and I'm pretty sure he took no breaks. Just an all-around awesome helper. I will have him come back to finish the job now that rough-in inspection has been completed.

I requested (please read fine print), for the ducts to be cleaned. However, I live in a two story and the promotion of $159 did not cover a home with upstairs and ducts in the attic. Better to have a single story house. I will use the purchase toward another service they provide. Now I have to look for duct cleaners and probably pay more money now that I know if you have ducts upstairs and near roofline.

They showed up on time and were professional. I was having trouble with my doorbell which is a part of a Nutone intercom system. I explained to the provider what the problem was and he spent almost an hour wandering around my house looking for wires, looking at my alarm systems which had nothing to do with the Nutone system. Finally he admitted that he was not familiar with the system and could not help me. I appreciated his honesty but he should have stated at the beginning of the appointment that he was not familiar with this type of system and saved both of us some time. I also had to pay for an hours worth of work that did nothing to solve my problem.

The electrician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and made a suggestion which really made sense. Instead of just one gang outlet, why not put in 2 because it takes the same amount of work but gives you flexibility for future uses. He was done with that job so I asked him to replace the worn cover on another outlet so he did that plus replaced the outlet itself with a GFCI one that I had purchased but was going to take back--which was the perfect thing to do. The extra thoughtfulness was much appreciated!

When the electrician came to give me an estimate, he determined that the work I thought I needed wasn't necessary.

I have worked with 3 different people from Valley across 4 different jobs and they are all the ultimate professionals. My fist interaction was with Sal for some electrical work - he did a lot of work in a relatively short amount of time, all to my satisfaction. Then I used an AL deal for a duct cleaning and was very impressed with both the way he worked and how he walked me through the process, his recommendations, etc. Most importantly, he was very complimentary of the performance of my furnace and ducts and didn't try to recommend any "add-on" work. Then I had them do my A/C tune-up and fix something leftover from the last owner - again, a seamless process. Last but not least, I had Sal back out for some electrical work today which he once again performed well. My only complaint about Valley is that they're clearly in demand, so it often takes a week or two before they can come out, especially when I'm using an AL deal. (Hence the "C"/"Fair" on responsiveness). But that's ok - it's worth the wait.

Steve came called in prior arrival. Pretty punctual. Once arrived he takes a look on the ac systems and the furnace before going back to bring along the tools and stairs. He check the refrigerant for the com pressure did some pressure testing and make sure the the air flow is what it suppose to be. Changed my air filters. Went up to my attic to check on my furnace, everything looks good. He also friendly enough to give few pointers regarding maintaining ca as well as furnace. Overall, very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Trying to schedule an appointment was challenging and over several months before the actual work was completed. They were extremely backlogged, and took a few weeks just to get a quote. We got the Angies deal and prepaid for 2 hours of services, so asked for a quote based on estimated hours. We didn't get anything in writing, except email that stated $120/hour rate. Overall, Sal came out and did the work as requested, he made a few recommendations and finished the job as expected.

I needed them to be here sooner than they could accommodate. No issues at all.

Good job. Professionally done on time
