It went really well, only took about an hour and they were very polite and thorough.

They were on time and did a full inspection. They explained everything and answered all my questions. Everything turned out to be working well.

It was great, the guy they sent out was a real troubleshooter and went with me to find the right bulbs for the lighting. He installed them and adjusted the track so I had the proper light in the room. He was pleasant and very helpful.

I was so impressed with this company. It took Mike a lot of time and effort to come out to fix the gas log connection that had not been repaired in the earlier visit. He took time to thoroughly analyze the problem and determine the necessary repair. He went out to the local hardware store, got the part he needed, and fixed the log set. It now works perfectly. Mike was friendly, very professional and apologetic for the misunderstanding that had occurred earlier. I would not hesitate to use Valley Heating and Plumbing anytime again if I had a problem with any of the heating or plumbing issues in my home. How they dealt with this situation went way above what I expected and the results are excellent. I want to apologize for the earlier negative review and thank Mike for his excellent service. A plus!

Excellent all around. Punctual and efficient

We have 3 outside lights, but only one on a convenient switch. We needed rewiring to connect all 3 to the same switch. Arrived punctually. very organized. Did the work, cleaned up afterward. He had with him the additional parts needed., so no time was lost for him go out and buy the parts at the store. Very happy with the outcome.

Came in on time took probably around 45 minutes. Went up to the attic to check the furnace. Replaced the filters for the vent. Measure the AC pressure, checked the air floe from the vents. Give couple tips.. Worth the money..

The experience with the company and dealing was fine. However, there wasn't much of a change after the project was complete.

He even checked the fans in my house and found out why they weren't working.

It worked out fine. There was no problem. The service was scheduled for December but they had to cancel it because of the storm and power outage. I looked at the electrical system and we’ve had some problem with it. I think I fixed it before they got here. We had CGI system that was tripping out in the garage and I replaced the light outside but water was kicking behind that light and that stopped the ground fault. When they came in, it was more of looking at our system and checking out the internal switches. They replaced the switches. I asked them to put in a three-way switch in one of our lights in the hall. He did what he said he was going to do. He was very efficient and very pleasant. He seems to know what he was doing. He came when he said he was coming.

It was excellent. My Husband primarily worked with them and was very pleased. He changed the battery in our thermostat. This company has a very good reputation in our area.

I used them also two years ago and the price was okay because I purchased a deal. The staff was okay. I think the price quote they gave me this time was a little steep.

The gentleman came and put on boot covers at the front door before entering the house! I reall appreciated that with new carpet. He looked at my wood burning fireplace with an existing gas starter fireplace. He discovered that the chimney vent was open and closed it for me. We discussed possible insert options with an explanation of the options due to the existing exterior fireplace stone front that extends over the firebox. He gave me a ball park cost of instaalling an insert. He also saw to it that my fee was refunded as i did not havena existing fireplace insert to inspect or service. He was very polite and informative- not at all pushy.

It was really good. I used them twice before that. They have a really good person who works on electrical so that is the reason I like using them. I needed to put outlets in specific locations and he was able to resolve those issues and try to put them there. He came last month to do the service. He came on time. There was an additional hour I had to purchase.

The provider arrived saying a bunch of things needed to be replaced like my heater. I only wanted the a/c to be inspected. I felt the provider inflated the prices. I ended up using another provider who were very honest. I am very disappointed with the big deal. The provider wanted $4,000 after all was said and done. The techs were trying very hard to upsell me on everything. I would never use this provider again or recommend them to other members.

It was pretty great and I was happy. He went with me to Home Depot to pick out another lamp. I would recommend him because of his professionalism, he was just awesome. He came in and looked at everything and said we needed to do this and everything worked. He was totally professional the whole way.
