Very professional installation.

Replaced GFCI plug in kitchen without any problem - the circuit was mysteriously working fine when checked before he arrived, but we agreed replacing the GFCI was the best option after he inspected the breaker. The debug of the non-working plugs behind TV cabinet did not find the cause of failure, but two alternative fixes were proposed after much time spent trying to trace the fault.. The wiring is not easily accessible behind the built-in cabinetry and in the walls, but the electrician did as much as he could in the pre-paid 2hrs without success - nice try though. I have an engineering background and somewhat assisted in his debug work which all made logical sense to me - just ran out of time, and avoided invasive measures to get to the root of the problem. I am considering some cabinetry modifications anyways, so I will call them to fix the problem while the cabinets allow accessibility.

The technician cleaned the filter and told us that we should have the heating furnace cleaned before the winter because of deposit build-up. Otherwise he said the unit was OK. He also checked the AC unit's physical condition and pressure, and both were also OK. I will use this company next time for inspection or repair.

Overall I am not happy with the service. My AC unit worked quite well before they came and visited. After visiting my AC does not cool well at all. I am also disturbed because whoever I spoke to on the phone to arrange a cleaning and checkup asked me if I was calling because I might also need repairs or just a checkup; because one requires certain people and the other different people. Apparently not all their servicemen are trained as well as others? That made me concerned very early on.... I should have known better. I was thinking of contacting the company and letting them know that my AC no longer works well after their serviceman visited. Shouldn't he have also checked to see if my AC was cooling appropriately? Which it is/was not after they visited. I just don't trust them now. I'm going to go to another company and get fixed whatever mess was made. The serviceman even left in a rush before talking to me, and handed my wife the report of what they did, even though I had mentioned that I wanted to talk to him before he left. He was very nice though when I did meet him.

Very well. We bought a deal on Angie's List, then received a call that described the deal as a check up only, not a repair. Was initially annoyed that this sounded like a bait-and-switch situation, but given that our A/C was not cooling, agreed that a repair call was more appropriate. We were very happy with the outcome - the technician was punctual and professional. Fixed the A/C, and stayed within estimates. Would use this service again, but probably not the deal - the deal is not that useful.

Sal was fabulous. He is so meticulous with his work. He's a great problem solver when issues come up. It's refreshing to see someone take pride in their work and strive for perfection. I've used this company many times and have always been very happy with their work.

Cleaned 2 dryer vents--one on 1st floor to the exterior and one that vents through the attic to the exterior. The Tech was timely, courteous, very knowledgeable and effective. I will use them again.

The company's reputation may be great but their representative did not display that during his interaction with me. I found the electrician assigned to me impatient. He arrived late and called from outside the door that he couldn't find a parking space and would have to reschedule. For which I refused since I took time off work to keep the appointment! He grudgingly conceded and as he walked through the door, he stated you're on the clock! I was shocked that the time to explain what I needed done was part of the 2 hours of electrical service I had purchased! That didn't make sense to me. As you can imagine he only had time to replace the fan and ended up disconnecting my dimmer light because he said it would not work with the fan. I told him this was not the issue with the current fan. But he refused and to avoid being charge more than the service performed I conceded.

They were awesome. The guys arrived right on time and were very professional and meticulous. They made sure to show me how both systems worked before they left. It's so nice to have A/C again! Thank you!

When they were cleaning out the ducts, I felt like they didn’t cleaned them as much as I hope they would do. They just put a vacuum towards the end, towards the entrance of my duct and I thought they would go through my whole duct system. Their price seems to be comparable to everyone that I called. I would mostly like not use them again.

My air-con was acting up so I opted to have a professional look at it. After purchasing the service from Angies List I got a message from Valley Heating and Cooling the next day to schedule an appointment. It turned out that the controller board was bad and had to be replaced. Luckily the tech had a replacement part and was able to fix my unit very quickly. He was very professional and I would use this Valley Heating and Cooling again.

They were fine. It took us a while to get connected but part of it was my fault. They were there on time.

Sal did an amazing job! He had to put a new box in my kitchen ceiling (replacing old fluorescent lighting with new track lighting). He did the new wiring and installed my new track lighting and gave me some tips of light bulb choices. He was great all around - arrived early (and called to let me know that he had finished up his prior job earlier), kept the workspace really clean, and was just very professional and courteous. I would definitely call him again!

It was a great experience. The electrician arrived on time and did a great job. He also offered advice on future projects. He was friendly and professional.

It was an outdoor weather proof type socket and the pipe leading to it had corroded and had to be taken out and put in a different location. He worked within the two hours and it seems to work very well. Some material had to be added so it cost extra.

Al showed up on time and cleaned filters,checked vent air flow and went outside to check ac. Also cleaned ac filters outside.

Met with the electrician a couple of weeks before to discuss what I needed and how he would proceed with the job. We talked about different options on where to place the plugs in the kitchen and how to run the wires down through the wall with minimal repairs. Because my walls in the kitchen are tiled, I was concerned about cutting into them. The other circuit was to control the outside lights from my bedroom, so we talked about placing an outside weatherproof box above the rafters so that one could not see it. After all was said and done, the electrician did a great job. I felt sorry for him because he had to spent half the time in the HOT attic, where he ran the wire from panel to the plugs. It turned out great. I have to do some minimal repair to the walls. I would diffidently use them again. They were on time and was able to schedule me in earlier than I expected. I had purchased 2 hours of labor on a special from Angies list , which came in handy. That worked out great!! The price included almost 6 hrs of labor and most of the parts.
