Description of Work: Inspection of AC and Furnace. All found to be in good working order with minor adjustments. Air filter found to be sucked into ductwork was removed and cleaned. Technician Steve arrived on the dot and was most courteous and effiicient. Also sealed off a vent that should have been sealed when the hot water heater was installed.
