Description of Work: I bought a big deal for $133 Two Hours of Certified Electrical Service. I bought 2 hours of service. Have tried unsuccessfully to schedule multiple. In december i was given a two hour slot (8 to 10) - electrician came in at 9:45 and said it will take more time. It was reschedule for March 12 - 8 to 10am slot. At 9:45 electrician called to say he was extremely sick and would be unable to come. They have not even called back to set new appointment. I would like a refund. Extremely disappointed.
