Description of Work: We had some electrical work we wanted done and contacted Valley when the Big Deal was offered. We purchased the certificate with the understanding that it would be refundable if they couldn't do the job or the estimate was too high. We purchased the certificate on July 27 but Valley could not send somebody out to look at the job until August 20. They promised an estimate on August 21 or 24, but it was the 25th/26th before we got their response: they needed us to get an architectural plan before they could even give us an estimate. That is a deal-breaker (will cost hundreds of dollars for the plan alone) and we would like a refund of the $119 paid for the Big Deal. Thanks.

Description of Work: Purchased a coupon for A/C and furnace inspection, cleaning, & tune-up. Was contacted promptly by the company to set up an appointment (which was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time, especially given that it was summer and the company was sure to be busy). On the day of the appointment the service technician was prompt (arrived during the scheduled appointment window). The technician was very polite and professional. Performed the work expected and answered all of the questions I had satisfactorily. I will definitely be using the company again for my future A/C & furnace needs.

Description of Work: They installed two Lennox 96% furnaces and a 20 SEER Lennox air conditioner. In addition they installed a roof top Solar fan. They reduced the upstairs and the performance so far is far superior to the system that was removed. The products were expertly installed and easily passed the building inspection. We also qualified for a BAYREN rebate and passed that inspection as well. Both inspectors said that this company does quality work. We will use them for all future HVAC needs.

Description of Work: Electrician installed a ceiling fan and two reading lamps. Excellent work. This company is the best for this sort of work. Very cordial front office and excellent work. They are both punctual and professional. We will not hesitate to use them for any future electrical work we have.

Description of Work: Installed a second front doorway light fixture, tied to a first one on same switch. | |The electrician proposed a very expensive solution which would have done it "correctly", Romex through the walls. I countered with a less aesthetically perfect solution... conduit on the outside of the wall. It is outside the house, looks fine. Cost much more reasonable.
