Sal showed up early, got right to work without wasting any time. His job was done quickly and very professionally. He also advised me on other electrical issues I had. Overall it was a very pleasant experience working with Sal.

Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical is a top-notch company. They are always economically priced, efficient, and professional. In this case, the tech responded to my home, was polite and efficient, and completed the requested work. I will continue going back to them for any type of work they perform.

We took the Angie's List deal, and found Peter to be very acceptable, although we think two people were needed to do the job. He had to climb up on our roof and drag a very large hose from the vacuum with him. Luckily, it was not raining at the time.

Besides taking a while to get the appointment, it went well, and I would hire them again.

Peter vacuumed the vent from inside as well as from the outside of the house. Sometime during the last few months some birds had built a nest under the metal hood that covered the opening of the vent to the outside, which was empty by the time Peter got to it thankfully. He also vacuumed the area behind the dryer. He did a very thorough job, was on time, called about half an hour before arriving, was courteous, efficient, and a nice person.

I used Valley for an inspection via Angies List coupon. The tech was great and very though. He found a problem with my heater - showed me the crack and gave great advice. Because of him I called Valley to get a quote on a new AC/heating system. But I decided to go elsewhere after the sales visit.

First I tried a different company and they couldn't find anything wrong with the furnace. Valley Heating took two tries, but they fixed the problem and were happy to come back without charge when it wasn't resolved after the first visit. Professional and knowledgeable about difficult to diagnose problems.

Very thorough job. Not experiencing slower dry times or dust/lint all over the place. Will use again.

From the first phone call there was prompt courteous service. They gave us a two hour window and were well within that time frame. The Tech. Peter was on time courteous and professional...good job. Valley Heating Cooling & Electrical will be the only number I will call for any future needs.

The technician arrived somewhat later than promised by the office, but that was the only glitch. He did an excellent job of checking over my HVAC equipment, which includes a 95% furnace (somewhat unusual for California residences). Even so he was thoroughly familiar with the equipment, and was even able to identify the reason for a problem (too much vibration) that had been there since the original installation but never fixed. His recommendation was to do nothing unless it became an issue in the future, which gave me further confidence in his analysis. Overall I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use Valley Heating in the future.

Easy to schedule and arrived on time with the technician calling ahead. Technician was professional and solved the problem quoting me before performing the work. He appeared honest with the trade-offs with repair/replace my old system (we went for repair)

My gas fireplace insert had not been serviced since installed 10-15 years ago, and had not worked for over a year. Arnel cleaned the glass and rearranged the "coals" and "ash." He then correctly diagnosed the problem: the thermostat controlling the fireplace insert was causing the malfunction. Despite the fact that the thermostat said it was "millivolt" (and thus appropriate for this application), the reality was that it was not right in this instance. I replaced the thermostat and everything works perfectly.
