Description of Work: Upon recommendation of a neighbor, We hired Valley Heating and Cooling (using a promo on Angie's list) for a check up and tune up of our heating + AC unit. They arrived on time and were very professional. They checked the AC unit and found it to be not functional (had not been used for months). They were able to quickly address the root cause, a broken capacitor. Within the visit they replaced the broken capacitor and performed the rest of the check ups and tune ups. They also replaced all the filters in the house. The total cost charged was very reasonable. Everything is functioning smoothly now.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate and just to hang 4 rcessed lights, i was told it will cost 900$. REALLY? Ongoing rate is like 350$ for 4. There are dime a dozen folks ready to do. I have anyway discontinued using Angie's list as they don't add any value.
