Description of Work: We had an estimate scheduled for an AC replacement and they called and cancelled 15 minutes ptior to their arrival time saying the estimator was sick. We rescheduled for a few weeks later and the estimator came out, gave us a ballpark verbal estimate that they needed to firm up and were supposed to follow up with an emailed written estimate. We never received the written estimate.
