I was happy with them. They were prompt, and they did a good job. They were knowledgeable, professional, and I have no complaints with them. I would use them again for sure. As a matter of fact, I'm thinking about calling them again soon.

This is an excellent company with very respectable employees working for them. They told me before they started what the price was going to be and it didn't change. I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

They gave us a good estimate so I thought we would try him. I was glad we did. He does excellent work and he was even below his estimate that he quoted us. You don't run across that very often. He is very timely and was quick to respond to our needs.

We have had so much work done with them that I can't even count all the things that they have done for us. Everything they have done runs great and has a warranty on it. They stand behind their work and I like that about them. They have done so much work in our home and do it very well.

LEE, THE INSTALLER, WAS ON TIME OR CALLED TO EXPLAIN THE DELAY. HE WAS POLITE AND HIS WORK WAS DONE WELL. HE MADE SURE THAT THE FURNACE WAS IN ON THE DAY REQUESTED SO WE WOULD HAVE HEAT IN THE HOUSE WHEN I HAD A BABY HERE. RAY, THE SALESMAN, WAS POLITE, INFORMED AND HELPFUL IN COMPLETING FORMS. HE DID, HOWEVER, PROMISE TO PICK UP THE WATER HEATER SO IT COULD BE INSTALLED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER...BUT DID NOT DO IT. I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO GET THE WATER HEATER PUT IN.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND DID EXCELLENT WORK. WHEN CALLED BACK FOR A MINOR PROBLEM, THEY FIXED IT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AND DID NOT CHARGE A FEE.
