After describing the issues with my furniture: was given an honest feedback on more cost for a repair than the original price and patching repair will not resolve anything. I give an A for this company for the respectful and honest customer service.
Description of Work: I had only an initial consultation with one of the business owners to repair a couple of sofa seat surface.

Description of Work: I needed a leather-couch backrest-cushion to be refilled. (After years of use, it looked "depressed" in comparison with the couch's other cushions.) I live in downtown San Jose - and, from Angie's List, I noticed that this specialist was nearby - so I stopped by there to show them the cushion. They had a couple of suggestions for repair; and, in the end, I went with the more-expensive (but longer-lasting) approach. They completed the work 2-days later and I am now very satisfied with the result. I was also impressed that I was able to email them beforehand to see if they could address my needs - and that I got a reply the next day.

 + -1 morePaul brought samples out for us to preview. We later when to their workshop and saw many other samples. After we made our selection, they ordered the fabric. They picked up the chair after we got replacements for other furniture. They did an excellent job. Great service. Very professional and very prompt. I would use then again.
Description of Work: They did an excellent job reupholstering a Lazy Boy rocker recliner.

 + -1 moreI called to request information about repairing my leather couch. They asked me to send pictures of the area that needed repair. I took four pictures, attached them and email back to them. I never got a call back, no email response, not even sorry, but we can't do your repair if that was the case. I contacted one more time and had to leave a message. Unfortunately I never heard from them again. The gentleman that answer the phone sounds burned out and upset that he was interrupted by the call. At least that was my impression.
Description of Work: They didn't provide services, i called to get a quote and never heard back again.

 + 0 moreThey have been around for quite a while. I found them on the internet. I did not use them for upholstery. I will be using them for repair. I have a couch and they are redoing the springs on that. I will be buying new cushions for the couch and the love seat. They are doing the cleaning and treating the leather. They are yet to do the work. The work will be done in two weeks. I have contracted with them to do the job.
