+ -1 moreEverything went incredibly well they were on time the quality of the work was excellent. Michael and his team were always incredible attentive they were just really good.
Description of Work: they built an outdoor kitchen and outdoor seating are with fireplace pergola and TV.

+ 0 moreMichael took $7000 deposit and refuses to refund, the only reason he gave was "It is non-refunable", "You have a credit with me that can be used by your friends" ... I do not have a non-refundable contract with him. Be aware that although he is doing business as "unlimited outdoor kitchens", he only makes BBQ counter, fireplace, etc. He doesn't do plumbing, electrical, permit, etc nor does he coordinate these activities. Per sub contractors he referred me to, his projects often end up in chaos. I can see that in my project, which is the reason I cancelled my project immediately.
