ULTIMATE ROOFING

First, they responded to my phone calls within a day, answering all my questions prior to signing the contract. When we agreed to have Ultimate Roofing replace the roofs on our 2 porches, they put me on their schedule which was about 2 weeks out. They called a few days before the work was to be done, to confirm the day and time. They showed up on time (actually a little early). They removed all the old shingles, flashing, etc. Nothing was left in my backyard. They installed the new roofing and trim pieces. The work was completed as expected. They were very careful to picked up all the debris, nails, etc. Which is very important to me, since I have dogs. They were nice and polite, and they CLEANED after themselves, so much better than other contractors we have hired in the past. Now, we just need a little more rain to make sure the porches don't leak. They do guarantee their work, so I'm expecting no problems.

Ultimate roofing is a small roofing business, run by two gentlemen, Patrick and Dave. We have a small single story stucco house in Los Gatos, and the roof was very old and ugly. Ultimate Roofing was referred to us by the person who had done some remodeling work for us, and they did not disappoint. Patrick was our main contact. He came to our house on a Sunday (as we requested), looked at the roof, and we reviewed options. We selected Solaris roofing because the attic was getting very hot in the summer and driving up our PGE bill. They got to work two weeks later. They had a crew tear off the old roof a day and a half, and then took two days to put on the new roof, including all the inspections. They paid attention to all the details, cleaned up after themselves every day, got the job done quickly, and were super easy to work with. The price was reasonable too at under 10K. I would definitely recommend them.
