+ -1 moreWe used them on 1st of April. We actually went with the truck from them and the truck that we had on reservation, they didn't have. We went to pick it up and they didn't have it. We had to book a different truck, which would drive twenty miles to get a different truck. It was a big inconvenience. They didn't have the truck that we reserved. We paid them for the truck plus mileage. They did give us a $50 kick back which fairly covered the gas for us to travel and come back.
Description of Work: We used U-Haul of San Jose for moving.
