John was on time, texted his ETA, was mindful of my cats, and very pleasant and professional.

Good. A few hiccups but all worked out.

John was very responsive and appointment was made without problems. He showed up earlier than the appointment time which is good and rare. John patiently listened to my concerns and provided his suggestions based on his experience which was very useful and helpful. He also provided all necessary cables to make them work. On the next day, he took the time to follow up which showed his support to his customers!

HD TV mounting was flawless... A's all round... this is a repetitive, predictable job that John excels at. Antenna was sub-contracted by John... this too was A's all round, and a few rough edges were managed by John to make them transparent to me, the customer. CAT4 Network lines also subcontracted... John's subbies (Dan and an apprentice) were enthusiastic and hard working and are improving at predictability and efficiencey. The work was tidy and all lines are functional, but some of the labelling was off (small thing)

This is our second time using John and we are having him back out for our final TV on Wednesday. He is professional, reasonable and his work is great. He pays attention to detail and makes sure everything is the way you like it.

John and John were responsive, professional and quick to set up my new tv and all the related accessories (satellite box, blu-ray etc) in such a way that it was aesthetically pleasing. They even assembled the shelving I got for me. If I ever need them again, I won't hesitate!

The owner, John Maino, and one helper showed up on time and proceeded to quickly and efficiently install the wall mount that I provided. They did not try to sell me any unnecessary parts or services. They did supply power, HDMI, and optical cables as part of the television installation The price, $25, was reasonable. They were more than willing to work around the clutter in my living room. I was very happy about this. After all of the work was done, they did a thorough clean-up of the installation area.

Need to install 50" flat screen TV at family room. It's difficult to rate especially if they do not answer either their phone or email I sent 2 weeks ago. Would not use them....

extremely well. the work is high quality and was quick, so far it has been a huge improvement. I bought all the equipment as part of the service and the price was very good. the home theatre system can send music to the outdoor speakers and play a movie inside and I can control the whole system from a nice app for my phone. Overall, much happier than I expected with this.

Called ahead of time to say was running early. Arrived exactly on time. Negotiated instructions to get to my apartment in this vast complex with no difficulties. Job was done efficiently and effectively. Price changed is the local going rate though seemed a bit high to me.

John did a great job for us installing two flat screen tv's. I would highly recommend them for any tv installation project.

Impressive. They arrived on time in a big truck crammed with tools and parts - these guys are nothing if not prepared. The two John's communicated with radio headsets so that John the helper could bring John Maino needed equipment as the work was being done on the third story of my townhouse. They were fast, efficient and careful with my home. Would definitely use them again. We are thrilled with the workmanship. The work took 75 minutes, slightly longer than originally estimated and John was apologetic about that which made no difference to me. They were both booking the whole time and John M. was sweating from working hard in the hot attic. They took care to use white cable instead of black to match my existing cable and decor. John even fashioned a couple of custom length cables for me on request after the invoice had already been filled out. Can't say enough good things about them and I wish I had called them sooner I'm so delighted with the results.

It went well. They came in and they were well-prepared. They had all the tools and it was about a two-hour job. They protected the area when they did all the work. They put everything back to where it was and cleaned up. Everything worked so we were pretty happy with the service.

This was an excellent experience. John was able to analyze what needed to be done with a photo of the area which we texted him, and provided us with his advice and estimate immediately over the phone. He arrived punctually to perform an extremely high quality job of installing our large flat-screen tv on the wall. Wires were expertly wrapped and hidden from view. The finished work was impeccable. We highly recommend TV installer for all your TV mounting needs.

Price was reasonable for work performed. Owner was there to get crew started, his guys were nice and professional , being careful to keep dust and disruption to a minimum. Work was completed in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after. I have since moved to a new home and will call them again for the same thing.

John Maino did an excellent job of mounting and wiring up my flat screen TV. He was very professional to deal with. Explained all the options and approximate cost up-front while discussing this job over the phone. My installation was slightly complex because I was installing a TV over the fireplace and the wall was a wood-panel (as opposed to dry wall). He arrived at the appointed time. He took special care to install and do the in-wall wiring as the wall he was installing was a wood panel wall and not easy to patch up. He did not drill any more holes than necessary and in fact after he was done, I did not even have to patch any extra holes! I'd highly recommend his services to anyone.

We've heard of a lot of good things about this company so we decided to give them a try. I called 4 times and left 4 voice mails within two weeks. Within those two weeks, I also sent two emails to them with pictures of our new home and how we wanted the work done. Sadly, nobody contacted us back nor replied to our emails. It appears they have too much business to deal with and didn't bother to entertain small work orders like ours. They need to realize that we're giving them business and not begging for help. I can understand that they are too busy or have bigger jobs to attend to, but at least a simple coutesy call or email reply would be nice and proffessional. I just didn't see that happen unfortunately.

We cannot say enough about how professional the work is from this company. Not only that, they are friendly, clean up after themselves and I would most certainly have them in my home again.

A fantastic experience. John and his team exceeded all of my expectations. I didn't even have to repaint afterwards! Extremely efficient and practiced. I will definitely use them again for my future tv, cable, sound system, or CATV installation expansion.

Came out same day we spoke. Arrived within the scheduled window. Asked if we wanted shoes off. Neat, fast, awesome communication. Talked me through procedure and gave me all the options. Quality of workmanship is excellent. Was tidy working and cleaned up afterwards. Very knowledgeable. John knows his business. Will definitely hire again.

Great. Exceeded expectations. I called in the morning (after finding the business on Angie's List) and the guy answered the phone on the first call. By 2:00 that afternoon the job was done. No waiting for a dispatcher and sitting at home for half a day. the guy said he'd be there at 1:00 and he was there, right on time. Courteous and friendly. No wonder John the TV guy was at the top of Angie's List.

John and his crew did a great job on mounting my TV and hooking it up to an existing antenna. Everything was cleaned up nicely and he ensured that connections were all working correctly. He also kindly removed my unused (and unsightly) satellite dish as well as sorted out & clean up the various cables hanging around my roof. He had a lot of good advice and I appreciate that he was able to fit me in his schedule within a few days of calling him.
