Description of Work: Tool Time was great. They helped me narrow down my options on a variety of electrical jobs at my house and even referred me to someone who could fix my garden shed. I would definately use them again.

Description of Work: I traded email's and tried to set up a time to have them come look at the job; offered phone number for calls. I wasn't getting responses so I sent pictures, and then got no response after that so I quit trying to arrange to give them my business. I don't know if they didn't like what they saw, or if they got too busy - but I would prefer some contact to let me know. Hence low score for responsiveness and professionalism.

Description of Work: We got estimates for: remodeling one bathroom, fix another bathroom, and install recessed lighting in kitchen and living room. Eric (the owner) came by and carefully went through our home writing notes and answering all of our questions about possible options that are available. We asked him for a line item estimate on each job item and he agreed to do this without hesitation (another company said "yes" initially but then didn't do that). A day later he sent the estimate by email with the line item estimates. He also asked us if we had any questions. Eric was excellent in his professionalism and attitude.
