Tomlinson Kitchen and Bath

Description of Work: Came out and remodeled my kitchen.

Description of Work: Tore out old kitchen cabinets, sinks,stove top and ovens. Installed new cabinets with slightly different layout than previous cabinetry. Installed new appliances, sink,disposal and added some new lighting.

Description of Work: Old kitchen was removed and new cabinets, countertops, backsplash and appliances were installed. There was some degree of changing of location of appliances and pantry, but did not involve movement of walls. John was a pleasure to work with. He explained each step and what it would involve. He gave us an estimate of at least 3 weeks to finish the job and it was finished in exactly 3 weeks. The workmanship was excellent and the quality of the cabinets and countertops is great. This was the first time I had dealt with a contractor and it turned out to be much easier than I epected. I would recommend John to any of my friends or family looking to have work done on their home. I just love the appearance of my new kitchen and I still cannot believe that it is the same room.

Description of Work: We waited almost too long to remodel our bathroom just because we feared dealing with contractors and their subcontractors. At our first meeting we thought John might be too good to be true. As the complete bathroom remodel progressed we discovered they were not just good but great! John and Ricardo are intelligent, skilled, experienced...but wait there's more...clean, quiet, courteous, prompt. Yes, prompt. Phone calls are returned. They show up when they say they will and work like crazy. At the end of the day, there is a progress report and next day plan review. Just as their business card suggests, we did dream of a new bathroom and Tomlinson Construction built it. We are now fearless and Tomlinson is busy remodeling another bathroom for us.
