He did a good job explaining what we might have to do to the air conditioner in the future.

Bid for walls specifically did not include replacing the plugs drilled out. I was told they were not permitted for that part of the work. (Other companies do include it, as well as priming and painting the repair, and still at lower cost.) Bid for attic was omitted completely. I did not engage their services.

I got an immediate response from Justin, the owner, the first time I called, and every time after that. He was prompt in his estimate and worked with my roofer to coordinate timing of each phase of their work so it meshed with the new roof and gutter installation, and to meet the needs of our personal timeline. His workers were fast, and cleaned up after themselves, and came often to check on the progress. Justin was well informed about the non-toxic and sustainable insulation options I was looking for, and knew recycled denim insulation would also be the best option for temperature control and sound-proofing in combination with the new metal roof that was going on simultaneously. In the three weeks since I've had the new roof and insulation we've had three stretches of 90-plus degree days and our pre WWII house has stayed in the low 70's with no additional cooling needed. Perfect! I'm happy to recommend ThermalPro. P.S. The only thing that could have made the experience better for me was knowing the old insulation was being recycled rather than disposed of in a landfill, but I have confidence Justin will find a way to do that, too.

I've used ThermalPro before and had excellent experience. My current project was 2 phases. When it came time for the second phase, they had some equipment and personnel issues so there was a delay in getting the work done. But I would use them again. Except for the one glitch, I've found them to be fair priced and very responsive.

Kevin came when he said he would, he was professional, and submitted the bid for the job and explained everything well.

They gave the quote for attic installation. The guy who came out was very professional and he gave me a really reasonable quote. He explained what the work that was involved. That's what I liked about them, but I got a more competitive quote from a different company. I called them and they said that they will call me back but they didn't call back for a week.

Thermal Pro was great! They were reasonably priced, signed my subcontractor agreement, and were very professional. There was a slight scheduling delay (1 day), but other than that, they arrived on time and did a very good job, especially with the spray in foam insulation in the ceiling. That stuff is great! I would definitely recommend them!
