+ -1 moreIt went superb. This was a "fix-someone-elses-mistake" job and he did a really good job cleaning up another contractor's mess. He also only charged $20/lbs. of freon compared with the last guy who charged $40/lbs - for the same stuff - Puron. He opened up the unit (something the other guy didn't even think to do) and soldered the leak no problem. He was professional, on time, ready to work and charged truly fair prices. And he did all that in less than 2 hours.

+ -1 moreSam returned our call promptly, arrived on time, was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable and did exactly what needed to be done. He couldn't have provided better service. We'll definitely recommend him, and call him again if we need his services.
Description of Work: Having torn out all the walls and ceilings in the master bath/dressing room, we were dismayed to find the tubes for the heating damaged and in the way of how we wanted the ceiling to be when complete. Sam came and determined where and how to move the tubes and vents, and what repairs needed to be made to bring our system up to code and make it more efficient.
