Great service, very professional. Installed a better for the space, more flexible dryer vent kit for no charge. Air vent cleaning was quick and thorough. Cleaned the vent covers. Swept up after inside and out. Family owned business. Highly recommend.

I thought they were friendly and efficient. However the very first rain storm has caused my dryer vent cap to detach on one side and stand straight up. They obviously didn’t properly replace the vent cap after cleaning. And now with more rains in the forecast, I can’t get them to return my calls or respond to my emails.

Arrived right on time. The guys had to go up on the roof of my 4 story building to reach the other end of the vent, even though I live on the first floor. Some of the lint blew onto a neighbor's deck on the 4th floor, they rang her door and asked to be allowed to clean it up. Super thoughtful and responsible! My vent hadn't been cleaned in years and was very dirty. Great job!

Very well. The team called to say that they could come earlier than scheduled. We agreed on an earlier time and all went well from that point. They were neat and appeared to have done a good job. A new air vent filter was installed, and I was shown how to remove it for cleaning.

The Vent Cleaners did an excellent job clearing my dryer vent. They were extremely professional and efficient. Job took approximately 39 mins and they cleaned up after the work was completed. Will hire them again when needed.

Straight forward and professional. They properly accessed the dryer vent flexible duct; properly routed the fixed length to the outside vent; tested the system AND cleaned up the 4 liters of lint expelled outside. Furthermore, they cut the flexible dryer duct in half where lint was trapped because it was too long. In comparison, the previous service vendor failed to recognize this simple common-sense matter that lint will be trapped if the flexible duct is excessively long; did not bother to move the appliance to properly access the vent port and subsequently drilled an unnecessary hole in the fixed rigid duct that would not have accommodated a large enough brush.

It went very well. They cleaned out lint and a bird's nest that had been obstructing our dryer vent.
