They did a great job, were very thorough, professional and made sure to put down drop cloths and keep the house clean.

The Vent Cleaner did a great job! Very efficient and friendly. Got some good info about nests in dryer vents and maintenance of our electrostatic filters. Very careful about not tracking dirt on floors. Also appreciated that they didn't try to upsell or charge for filters or anything like that. I had put off vent cleaning since last time the other company had pestered me repeatedly to upgrade this or let them add some other add-on service. The Vent Cleaner is just what you'd want-- keeps to the agreed-on price and quickly does a great job. Only small ding- much later than scheduled (called to say would be late but an hour later than that)- but still got out before the time I needed to leave, so no issues and with traffic in this area, could see how it might take longer.

2 guys came on time and finished the job on time (2 hours) as they had indicated.

The father is very professional and looks like a workman and he wears workman clothes. This time he sends his son and I thought I got the wrong company. His song likes a hippe. Long hair and beard but what he was wearing looks like a bear suit. He did an excellent job and I suspect he is someone who wants to do the work but does not care what he wears. They do a very good job. The father had to come out because he found more work than anticipated.

This is the second time I've used this company. They called me back the same day, gave me their first available appointment, showed up early in the two-hour window of time and did a thorough and complete job.

We just finished a remodel and I asked them to clean all the vents. They arrived on time and were very efficient. They protected the floor and took pains to move their equipment around carefully. Tidied up after themselves. Did a good job.

They were on-time punctual. Called me at 9:30am to begin work, I wasn't there as I was at home depot and asked them to begin work on one of the other units, I was on my way home when they called again to say they had finished the work and was ready to begin on another unit. Very fast but good work. I will be calling upon them again next year as I will have my dryer vents cleaned each year. A++ Service!!

The vent cleaner staff was great. They left maintenance instructions and were thorough in making sure they left everything clean. They also went above and beyond and reinstalled/reseated a vent that had been improperly installed in our remodel.

They were punctual and did a very thorough job efficiently. Has been almost 2 years and my circulating air is still noticeably dust free. My allergies weree immediately and remain lessened by having their service. Price was only the higher side but I am confident they did a very solid job and probably well worth a bit more to ensure a really thorough cleaning..

Services were performed as promised in a professional and timely manner. I was given helpful input on how to improve the efficiency of my heating and cooling system, and the team also pointed out a fire hazard due to outdated tubing on my dryer machine. Upon completion of the job, I saw the debris they retrieved from my air ducts and knew then that the service was well worth the expense.

he came out and cleaned my dryer vent. He told me it wasn't that bad and said I didn't need it for another 2 years. He could have put me on an annual maintenance and I would have been OK with that. He was professional, fair and honest.

We have lived in this townhouse almost a year. I was very concerned about the possibility of a vent fire, since my dryer had been taking an increasingly long time to dry a load of laundry. I had done all I could with my brushes and vacuum, and I knew I needed a professional. Called the Vent Cleaner on Friday and got an appointment for the following Tuesday, 2-4pm. Josh called at noon on Tuesday; they had a cancellation, could they show up in 30 minutes? They arrived just after 12:30 and were done within 30 minutes. The dryer vent is really long, since the laundry area is in the middle of the townhouse along a common wall shared with neighbors. All the lint was removed with brushes and a blower. It all got cleaned up from the rear yard before they left. My dryer is working really well now. I will be using this company again.

Prompt. Professionally courteous. Very focused and thorough. Added benefit, it is a family run business -- father and 2 sons. The sons did the cleaning Worked well together. Highly recommended.

Exceeded my expectations!!!

Good. Dryer actually drys in one cycle now. Cleaned up inside fairly well, but left some lint in my flowerbed. More expensive than it should have been.

Good Service, Professional, on time and quick

Arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment. Both men were professional and courteous. They worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. Most importantly, they did a fantastic job of cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent. They cleaned up all their work areas, no remnant dust or lint balls laying anywhere. I had a few new ceiling registers that I had purchased from HD which they kindly installed for me. I would definitely hire again and recommend them to anyone who requires air duct and/or dryer vent cleaning.

Staff showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bird's nest lodged inside the vent. Sure enough, five minutes later they pulled a huge collection of straws and feathers from the duct, and even installed a metallic fence to prevent the birds from coming back in. The service took about 20 minutes from start to finish since the crew came well prepared.

They came in on time for their appointment. The service is excellent. They put drop cloth on my hardwood floor to prevent scratches and collect dust&dirt coming out of the vents. They had been very gentle not to damage any house objects, like furniture, decorations, etc. During the work, they educated me about what to do and what not to do to maintain a healthy clean air at home. After their work, my house doesn't look much different. They did a great job! They are definitely expensive. But, hey, I only do air duct cleaning once a few years. I concern much more about the quality than the price. I saw some online reviews that people got their air duct cleaned for a cheap price but once they turned on the system, there was a lot of dust coming out. That's absolutely what I was trying to avoid. High dollars for high quality, it's WORTH IT! Plus, they provide 6-month warranty. I bought my house 4 years ago, but according to them, my air duct seemed to have never been cleaned. If the duct is that dirty, I have to say their work is outstanding.
