The Vent Cleaner

I asked him if he cleaned the back of the dryer, which I heard can get very linty, and he said "I only do hoses. I don't do your housework for you" so I cancelled the offer. Other cleaners I called do usually clean the back of the dryer.

I was able to get a quote and appointment very quickly. They arrived right on time, were quick and efficient, and left everything as clean as it was before they arrived. As far as I can tell so far, they did a great job.

Although it is hard to tell because I could not inspect the vents and chimney, etc., it appeared to go okay. It was a bit more expensive than competitors but I liked that this one company could do it all in a relatively short period of time.

The Vent Cleaners were much more professional and thorough than any vent cleaner I've had cleaning in the past. They told me that I should have my dryer vent cleaned annually because of the poorly designed configuration of our dryer vent outlet in our crawl space. No other dryer vent cleaner even ventured into the crawl space to clean that far. It was pricey to do everything, but it was worth it. Next year I'll just do the dryer vent. They told me my house vent was fairly clean and that I could do it every 5 years or so. I honestly don't remember the exact cost, but it was in the $300 range, more than I've ever paid in the past, but then again a better cleaning than I've ever had. Guess you do get what you pay for!

They were on time and professional. They moved the sofa and then put it back, they came with runners to protect the floor. I don't know why, but the worker taped up the dryer vent so I don't need to clean it? But now it makes a whistling noise at the end of the dryer cycle. He said this would prevent lint from getting all around the walls.

It went great. They had to reschedule but it worked out.

They were the easiest to deal with and reasonably priced. The first scheduled appointment failed as they had overbooked, even though I had scheduled well in advance. But life happens to everyone sometime. The second time was successful. Very nice people, family business. I would definitely use again.

Arrived right on time and check my dryer vent. It wasn't too bad, but cleaned it out very quickly. Told me based upon the set up with my dryer to the outside vent, I only needed to get it cleaned every 2-3 years.

Joe called me about the work I needed done. After hearing about my set-up and how close the dryer is to an external wall and how little the vent changes angles, he said I shouldn't need to hire a vent cleaner. He was very honest and didn't want to take money for a job that didn't need to be done.

Very professional and quick. Two person team, one cleaned the exterior vent and the other operated a pum to blow stuff out. I will call them again in a year or two.

They were very good. I was happy with them. They were excellent. They were very throughout and they went above and beyond what I expected. I think I paid $1500 for 4 units of apartments. They cleaned my duct, and they did stuff they did not have to do. They washed down the fans which was not in the agreement. They were wonderful. I would readily hire them again. It was very reasonable for the price, and what they did. They were very good about calling. They were there on time.

Vent Cleaners located the carcass, removed that section of the vent, and replaced it with a new one. They also vacuumed the vents and advised us that we had old vents lined with fiberglas, so they could not use their power brushes to clean the vents --- they could only vacuum. If we decide to replace all the vents with fiberglas on the OUTSIDE, I would hire this firm.

The guy name Josh came on time. We informed that the smell was actually gone that was coming from the crawl space via heater vent. It could be because of rain which drained away stuffs. But would still like to do the inspection to make sure everything is perfect. The guy opened up my crawl space door and look around with a torch. He told us nothing seems wrong and there is no smell. If that is what inspection is, we could have done it ourselves. We have 2500sqft single level area and how could he make sure from one part of house with a torch that there is nothing wrong in any other portion of the house, that still remains a question. He was not willing to go down and do a complete inspection inspite of several request. Anyway at the end of his ~15min stay he took $150 check for the inspection work done. I feel like paying $150 to someone came in for saying "Hi". I am very disappointed and would never hire their service again. Whoever looking for service from this provider please make sure you are not falling for this trap.

Good-- it was easy to arrange the service visit, staff were polite and cheerful and professional.

I have yet to use the dryer but I have no question in my mind that it will finally work. I used another provider on here to do the same thing and they did a terrible job and the dryer still did not work (because the vent was clogged). These guys arrived, spent some time figuring out where it vents outside (something the other guy just asked me and when I didn't know since I had moved in 1 day before, he said, oh probably the roof, i can't go there) and got to work. It was amazingly fast. They took the time to answer my questions and show me what they did. They even gave me some advice about other things I needed to do related to this. I would totally use this company again. I wish that every company had workers as helpful, friendly and efficient as these guys! It was also extremely easy to set up the appointment and I got a call around the beginning of the time frame quoted to let me know the ETA of the guys. Thanks for your wonderful service!
