Description of Work: I called that day to have my vents cleaned. I recently purchased a new home and had a hunch the vents hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The guys came out that day, arrived on time, maintained cleanliness throughout the process, and did an outstanding job. The whole family suffers from allergies including my 1 1/2 year old and we're breathing easy thanks to The Vent Cleaner. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: They were running a little late (I had to call and see if they were still coming), and the total job took less than 45 minutes. I'm not sure it was worth the money.

Description of Work: I own a 3 unit building and live in one of the units. My husband took care of all the work the building but he passed away 10 years ago and i was not well for some years and the long and short of it is that I have only done something on the building when it was an emergency. Over the past two years I have been playing catch up. The other day I saw an ad on TV about dryer vents and realized I had not cleaned our dryer vents. I looked up dryer vent cleaning on Angie's list and called The Vent Cleaner. They answered right away. They could come right away and I thought their price sounded okay. They were prompt, well within the time frame they gave me.They started with my dryer and we were both shocked by the amount of lint they found. The ground floor dryer was the same. They cleaned up after their work. I have absolutely no complaints about any part of their service. The real shock came when we found there was no vent for the middle unit. The middle unit has seen few upgrades since 3 college girls wanted to rent it within a week of our buying the building in 1991. We got it cleaned, painted and replaced the appliances. My husband said the girls probably would move out in 6 months and by that time the remodeling in our unit and the little basement unit would be done and we could really check out what the unit needed. They never moved out and never complained about anything. Their workmen,they sent two,couldn't have been nicer. They explained the dryers were dirty inside and needed a cleaning and their company didn't do that. I plan to check with Angie's List and get that done. They said they could vent the second floor unit but I asked them to talk to my son about it first. When that is done I will report on it.
