They were fine. Their quality of service was good. They showed up on time. They did what I asked them to do. Their price was okay.

I had needed to have my sliding door rescreened for quite some time, but all of the providers I contacted would charge as much for pickup and delivery as the rescreening itself, and I'd be without the screen for several days. I saw the Mobile Screen Guys truck in my neighborhood and decided to get a quote to rescreen my sliding door; I called just before 8pm on Tuesday and spoke with Shannon; he gave me a firm price ($70) and said they'd be out on Wednesday. He suggested an upgrade to the pet/kid screen for an additional $30, and I agreed to the upgrade. Wednesday afternoon, I got home to find a new screen had been installed. When I called to pay, Shannon told me that they'd had to install a regular screen because of the width of the door and that the price would only be $70; I never would have known that they'd used a regular screen if he hadn't told me. I'm pleased -- with the speed, with the work, and especially with the honesty. Highly recommended.

When I saw the Daily Deal for screen repair, I immediately thought of the missing screens on my home. I purchased the Daily Deal, phoned Shannon and received a return call within the hour. We scheduled an appointment to evaluate the work needed and Shannon arrived promptly as scheduled. His estimate of the work needed was fair, his work was done professionally and his personality is delightful.

I would like to recommend them. Overall the job they did was very good. They came out right away on a Saturday evening and measured. They could have built the screen on the spot but I wanted to wait. They waited for me for about five days. Then they came out quickly and then installed the screen doors as they promised. They were very nice guys and they were confident. They were a little bit pricey but still the service was very good. I will use their services again in the future.

So Shannon responded a the next day to my email ( which had a detailed list of the work we were looking to have quoted ) regarding setting up a appt for a quote of screen door options and repairs , was set for Sat morning. So that morning a different rep (Jeff) shows up to review what needed with us. As we outlined in our email to Shannon in detail we needed pricing options for retractable door, a door to be moved to other side of Patio, and also our back door retractable to be repaired. As the rep walked through the space all that came out of his mouth was what they DO NOT do, and it became very clear he seemed to have no interest in doing the work or quoting it. As we emailed our disappointment to Shannon the owner , they need to either review in more detail over the phone what the customer is looking for or train his sales staff to be FAR more professional. Also when you display on your BUSINESS CARD says "No Job To Small" then you should mean it or take it off. So disappointed .. 8/10/2011 - Update, so I will say Shannon did a good job follow ing up with us on our experience with his rep (Jeff) and let us know that he was out of town and had him cover the appt. He also shared he has not found skilled staff yet to do the type of additional work we were looking for, even though his advertising states repairs and retractable , etc.. So we give Shannon a lot of credit following up even as he was out of town regarding our frustration. So with that we have updated our score for them. Though we have yet to find a contractor to do the work.

Excellent, punctual, quick service. I called on July 5 (a holiday) and expected to hear back the following Tuesday after the holiday, but was contacted that day. Shannon sent someone out on a day that worked for me and gave an estimate. Work was performed that day. Because our dog had destroyed the patio screens they suggested pet screening and we have been very pleased with it. One window turned out to need some additional work on the frame and had to be ordered, which they did without an upcharge since it was not in the estimate. Shannon is very personable, reliable, and honest. I would definitely recommend them.

They came over to look at what was needed, gave us a quick quote and then showed up on time to install in just about an hour. They were friendly, efficient and provided a great quality product.

I saw an ad in the Pennysaver and called on Saturday, 5/30 in the morning. Shannon was very pleasant and said he could come by in a few hours. I had to leave for an appointment so we made arrangements for him to replace two patio door screens in the backyard. When I came home, the work was done, looked great and he called to say he remembered I saw the Pennysaver ad and honored the ad's pricing. I am super busy and appreciated the response time, the professional and friendly tone and the follow up to make sure I was pleased with the work. Good job, Shannon!

The Mobile Screen Guys appear to be a good outfit. They were very responsive and professional. They were polite, calm, friendly. I emailed on a Sunday night and they responded back with email and phone later that evening. They were at the house 2 days later. I marked the price B only because I didn't have a lot of comparative data...I selected them because they came to us verses me schlepping screens to someone else. Price was in the the window (no pun intended) that I was willing to pay. I marked the punctuality a B because they were a bit late, but they called, apologized, and then stayed late to complete the job - so I was happy and it worked out. They went out of their way to fix a couple of screens instead of replacing them - saving me some cash but having to work a bit longer. Much appreciated. They respected our wishes dealing with our cat (a big deal to the kids). They worked from the outside when they could to minimize disruption and having to move furniture around in the house. They helped us make a couple of product decisions. The screens look great. Definitely would recommend them.

There's no dramatic story here. I badly need the screens on my home repaired and/or replaced. I found these guys on "the list," and even though they had only one review I gave 'em a shot. They did a great job, were very professional, and punctual. I paid $545 dollars to have every screen on my house repaired or replaced; that's over a dozen screens of different sizes. The cost seemed reasonable for the work and I'd recommend them to anyone needing this service.

I saw their truck in our neighborhood and thought I should have our window screen fixed (it had big holes). I walked over to their truck and they were ready to go to work. We went through the house and saw 5 other window screens starting to rip because they were facing the sun. They charge $30 for regular size window (this is just to rescreen) ad $40-60 for bigger sized windows. I don't know how much others charge but I assume they would be about the same. They said they gave me a break and no sales tax. It took them an hour to do all windows. As for the quality, I placed NA because I wouldn't know yet how long the screens they replace would last but because they did it quickly and I have one less thing off my to do list, I'm satisfied!
