I contacted him. He said that he would contact me, I never heard from him again. I am getting a refund through Angie's List.

They were on time and a nice young man did the work using pet screening . A bout a week later our 15 pound dog tore the screens out again. When I called they told me that their adult Doberman couldn't do that . I used another company to replace the screens and hall is well. Stay away from this outfit!

The first time I called The Mobile Screen Guys, they said they could provide same day service. Once they arrived, they said lead time was two weeks because it was a very busy time of year. I concede that I must not have accurately explained the amount of work I wanted, as I can see most reviews on the site are for single re-screens or single replacements. Given the 2 week timeline, they called me after 10 days and said the screens were ready. They came back, installed and re-screened the whole house, and everything went very well. New screens fit much better, sliding screen doors slide much better.

They did a great job. I give them all A's.

Went very well. They were punctual and very detailed. Did an excellent job with matching color and type of screen I wanted.

I called him to get an estimate based on the measurements I had taken for the screen door. He was very professional and offered to come out the same day to take proper measurements. Based on the quote he gave me, he was the most expensive so decided to go with another company. I am sure working with him, my replacement door would have been installed faster. I was not in a rush so went with somebody who was cheaper.

The service was excellent as I received a call to schedule a appointment within minutes of my online order on Friday. The original appointment was for Monday, but lucky for me... I received a call on Saturday morning that they were available to come within a hour or so. No complaints from me as the work was completed within 24 hours of my order.

Sent an email request for a quote last night. Rec'd an email response with the quote within an hour. Called the direct phone number this morning and spoke with Shannon who said they could come out this afternoon between 3-5pm. Said he'd call when they were on their way - he called at around 2:15 saying if it was ok they could come within 20 minutes - arrived promptly! Professional and very nice guy, John, came in, measured the windows, removed the broken screens, went back out to his truck and within 30 minutes or so was back with brand new constructed screens. Fitted them in my windows, made sure they fit perfectly, provided invoice, took payment and left! Perfect service! Quick, professional and extremely reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

He called, and he arrived when he said he would. Parked his big screen truck in a spot he double-checked was not in the way for anyone. He checked out the screens I wanted changing, that came with the deal I bought thru Angielist. He gave me a very good price on some additional window screens, and also explained the pet proof screens (you lose some visibility, but gain the strngth so that the cat claws don't make holes in the screens). The only reason I did not give the sompany an "A" was that a few of the screens were just not as "tight" as I'd like them to be. But overall, they are certainly tighter than I could get them, and the price was very, very reasonable! I would both recommend them to friends and I would use them again, certainly.

The Mobile Screen guys were very helpful in recommending that I upgrade to a stronger mesh to avoid my dogs ruining the screens in the future. From the phone appointment process to the actual repair, the service was great. They were on time, on budget, and did an excellent job cleaning up the doors and making sure that they tracked well. I would definitely use them for any future screen work. Happy in Saratoga

I called the phone number listed and explained what I needed to have done. The driver said he or another repairman would come right over. He did and replaced the screen in what seemed like a few minutes.

Very responsive and easy to reach. Clearly, a go-getting small business where the work is done by the people who benefit from their own success and growth. I originally found them through an Angie's List "Big Deal", and have since engaged them to repair additional screens.

After we set up an appointment time, the technician came on time and very efficiently installed new screens on three patio doors. He used a heavier-duty material than what was on the door originally. I decided to remove the screen doors and store them in my garage because I'm in a rental house and I just didn't want to take the chance of my dog doing more damage. I'll be moving out next month and the owner will come back to perfect door screens. I thought the service was excellent and I would highly recommend this vendor.

Daunte & Ean arrived as scheduled, and rescreened a 4'x8' back door slider and a 1/2 (storm door style) front door in less than an hour. They were extremely courteous and very professional, taking their shoes off to walk through my home. My front door screen has an arch on the top, which they'd never done before. Both doors came out beautifully, and significantly less than the original estimate! The work and price were both excellent! I highly recommend them. I will use them again if/when needed!

I bought the coupon for 10 window screens for $340 then began to fill in their on line service request form. Before I even had a chance to submit it Shannon called and scheduled service for that day. Jeff came out, was punctual, pleasant and professional and got to work quickly. We had some bent frames but he was able to work with them and my screens look great. I would recommend them and will definitely use Mobile Screen Guys again. Thank you Shannon and Jeff.

My appointment was for 10am and they called at 9:30 to ask if they could arrive a bit early, which was great. The service guy arrived at 9:50 and was friendly and personable. They removed the screens that were damaged and replaced them once they were fixed. I was thrilled to not need to remove them, transport them, wait for the repairs and them replace them myself. It was efficient, professional and it made my to do list a whole lot easier!

They seemed fast and reasonable and they were able to get the screens done quickly.

They were always prompt, or gave plenty of warning if they were held up. All work was performed without incident. It was a couple of months before I removed all the screens to wash the windows, where I discovered one of the screens had been made incorrectly. It was impossible to remove the screen without breaking it. It was about 10 days for the material to be obtained, and a return visit to re-measure the window and construct a new screen on site. Although the bad screen should have never been installed, they did replace it as soon as they could.

Shannon was very professional and courteous! He also called in one of his other guys to assess the work to ensure everything was a tight fit. My cats are now safely inside the house and I can finally open my windows without fearing that one of the cats will jump and break the window screen. The job for 3 custom screens was approx. $200, but I got the pet guard screen which costs more. Great price for custom screens! Shannon, you are a breath of fresh air! I called after reading 8-9 stellar reviews online, thinking 1 sliding screen door was too small a job. After discussion, Shannon referred me to website for the dog door company he uses, and we made decision to put that door in (extra-large size, for my extra-large dog) along with sturdy "pet screen" in the sliding door. In spite of being VERY busy with other larger jobs, they came on a Sunday morning within days of initial contact and as soon as the dog door was received by Shannon. Installation went smoothly, I was left with written instructions and (limited) warranty and am very happy with results.

I looked up companies for screen repair on Angie's List and saw many positive reviews for the Mobile Screen Guys. I called and spoke to Shannon, and told him what I needed. He gave me an estimate over the phone and we set up an appointment to do the work on the next day. He called the next day to verify that he and his assistant would be at my house at the scheduled time. Shannon was very professional and we went around the house and he marked all the screens to be replaced. He described the different types of screening material available and I told him what our needs were. Since the material he was using was different from what was on my windows, he replaced one window screen and then showed it to me to make sure I knew what I was purchasing. He pointed out the differences between the new screen and the ones that I was not replacing. He told me that if I was not happy with the new screen he would put the old screen back and be on his way. I decided that the difference was negligible and asked him to go ahead with the whole job. Initially, I had a problem with the fit of a couple of the screens when the job was finished and Shannon reworked them to my satisfaction. He wanted me to be happy with the job and did everything in his power to do the best job possible. I appreciate the time and attention Shannon took to explain materials, etc., and was very satisfied with his workmanship. I highly recommend this company for replacement screens. Shannon and his crew are real professionals and take customer satisfaction very seriously.
