Tejano Electric

Because of the age of the lights on the exterior and some interior walls of my home, several repair services said they could not be fixed. This would mean removing all of them and purchasing a new set because they match. When Mr Ramirez of Tejano Electric saw the problem, he said that he could replace a part and rewire the light. He tried but the new wiring would not go through the channel on the light. He searched around and found a place in San Francisco that sells parts for lights of this vintage. He purchased the part with the wiring required and fixed the light. The other providers just said, " We cannot help you." He said he would fix it and when the first plan did not work found another way to do the job. When he left, he said that with the number of this type of lights I have and the age, others may go out and offered to purchase a couple more of the parts when he is next in San Francisco and mail them to me. When the next light goes out it will take only one trip for the electrician. Through the process he was professional, pleasent and interested in solving the problem. Given that he made three trips to my home in the Santa Cruz mountains, the charge was very good. It is particularly good when compared with replacing all the lights! When I need an electrician I will call him.
