+ 8 moreHe was excellent. His name was Rick Tedac. He has done two jobs for us. The first job was for some major remodeling at my house. They are very reasonably priced and do very good quality work. They commit to a schedule and for the most part keep to the schedule so I had no surprises what the guys would do and what it would cost. I really appreciated the scheduling portion and they finished on time below budget. They didn't have a problem with change orders. They are really good and I would highly recommend them. I've had a lot of work done in recent years and I was very happy to find him.
Description of Work: We used Tedac Construction to completely remodel a two bedroom condo. He remodeled the kitchen and took it down to just the studs. He replaced the wallboard, the flooring, electrical, lighting, cabinets, counters and all the appliances. He also took out all the flooring in the house, the doors and frames in the bathrooms and replaced everything. He literally replaced everything but the front door. He painted as well and did all new lighting throughout the condo.
