TK WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. RESPECTFUL AND ON TIME. JOB COULD NOT BE FINISHED DUE TO A PROBLEM ON SITE. The project turned out to be quite a bit more complicated than it seemed at first due to the age of the house, but he was very professional and fair about it. He was very honest about what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it and alerted me to larger issues with my house that need to be addressed some time soon.

He is a true professional. Work quality is excellent, very pleasant to work with, answers all questions. Honest to the core, great guy to work with. Price is oh the high side but the quality and honesty makes up for the cost of the work.

I asked for a total cost upfront before work started and it wasn't clear, ended up costing more than we had discussed. Did not follow plan that was set before work started. Customer service skills lacking. Do not recommend based on this experience.

I spoke with Tami about repairing the outside light. He came right over and analyzed the problem quickly and repaired it - all within less than an hour. He was very pleasant and friendly. I had previously contacted two other electricians (not through Home Advisor) who said they would come over and never arrived or bothered to call. Tami’s prompt service was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.
