SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter

Note: this review is long over due. I've used SWAGS before for plumbing repair work at my house. So, when my parents were having plumbing problems, I called SWAGS. I'm glad we did after the running toilet repair was completed, the technician noticed a problem with how the toilet sitting. After further investigation by Jaime and his team, it was determined the sewer line was no longer connected to the toilet in the upstairs master bathroom. Turns out the sewer line pipes used back in 1975 were defective and now needed to be replaced. As a result, Jaime gave a thorough explanation of several options for repair to my father. Once it was decided which one would work for them, Jaime and his team began the work. My father was very impressed with how professional the team was. If he had question, Matt, the lead or another technician would provide a detailed answer. They would even show him pictures of the defective pipes and the damage it had caused. Considering my parents required to have the master bathroom functioning at night, the SWAGS team completed the work in a timely manner. My father was very happy with the work done and stated he would definitely use them again and would recommend them to his friends.

I had a plumbing emergency. We had to shut off the water for the entire house. I called 5 different plumbing companies and this one was the only one willing to come right away. Even though others advertised as 24/7 service, when I called they weren't available til the next day or days after. Jaime went out of his way for us. He came on a Friday afternoon and was very professional. He fixed our problem. I would highly recommend him!! I hope not to ever need a plumber again but will only call this company if I need to. Very happy customer 😀 😊

I provided Jamie with a list of plumbing issues that needed to be addressed - update several toilets, replace sink faucet, update main water shutoff and address several leaks. He provided a reasonable quote and went to work. Jamie was professional and explained what needed to be done and why. Everything was completed in a timely manner.

Daniel and Jaime were awesome!. We contacted them based on very positive feedback from a neighbor who had them perform some work for her. They did a very thorough up front inspection (with pictures) and explained the current state of the system and provided a variety of options to address the issues they found. All of their work was top notch (and included before and after pictures). We ended up having them replace essentially the entire sewer system from fixtures to the city hook up. They always kept us informed of what was happening when - and were always on time. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and why. The work was performed in a minimally disruptive way - we almost always had some level of service available (a working bathroom, etc). They started the job by laying down some impressive floor coverings to protect the house, and at the end of each day they cleaned things up. When the project was completed they restored the front yard very nicely (they left very few signs that anything was done - which was impressive considering the amount of work done). They were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. I am a completely satisfied customer and would recommend Swags without reservation.

All jobs went very well. SWAGS is my go-to company for any problems concerning sewer, plumbing or gas. They are knowledgeable and professional, and they explain everything in detail. Trustworthy, reliable and easy to work with.
