Elena was very responsive, always answering her phone and keeping appointments. When she was going to be a little late, she called to let me know. She and two other cleaners were professional and quick. The price could be more competitive for the quality of service, but perhaps you pay extra for dependability.

The team was on time. They worked the entire time. They took pride in what they did. The kitchen never looked so beatiful considering how old it is. They missed a few things but it was more my fault for not asking. I have never had any one clean my house before. We are go to have them come once a month to see how that works out. The team is easy to work with.

Elena was on time for all appointments . She and her crew did an excellent job of cleaning my house. I like that she was able to come out and give an estimate. The kitchen was spotless, and ready for my new tenant to move in. The place was a disaster after my previous tenants. She answered all phone calls, and I also had them clean the carpet. I asked her to try and clean something again and she did. Good service, courteous and professional. II will use them again

They were very accomodating regarding scheduling. They arrived on time and finished within the time estimated. They were friendly, professional and efficient. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because they called with an unexpected $50 increase in price during the cleaning service. This may be the exception rather than the rule so I am willing to try them again as I was very pleased with their service.
