Description of Work: Some young guy walked in and asked me where my mold was. Well if I knew where my mold was I wouldn't need to call him. He then walks around the house and holds up a moisture detector to a couple of walls. He tells me he doesn't see anything major and makes his exit. I paid $49 for essentially nothing.

I am sorry you were so unhappy with our services. Unfortunately the roof needed repair or possible replacement. As I had explained, due to structural work that need to be performed we were unable to take on the project and that a licensed contractor / roofer would need to be hired.

Description of Work: Called Supraclean to investigate moldy, musty smell coming from under my house when it rains. They looked under the house and said it wasn't mold but was just from being damp under there. Smell goes away when it dries out. Put my mind at ease.

Description of Work: When the person arrived, it was evident that they could not do the service I thought I was paying for. I tried to ask questions, based on the service they said they did do, but I did not get any useful answers. After several requests from Angie's List for a review, I gave one. The company representative did not like the review, and has been hounding me ever since, to have it changed or removed. I called today to have the review removed... not because I think it was incorrect, but because I wish to have no further contact with this person.

The customer declined the inspection as offered in the advertisement and requested that we do mold testing but as we explained to her several times we do not offer mold testing services. The offer she purchased was for a mold inspection. Well we tried our best to clarify the advertisement and referred the customer an excellent certified environmentalist but she was still unhappy. In conclusion no work was performed but customer was upset and rated us low regardless.
