They did a great job and cleaned-up very well after themselves. The estimate was right-on, they were polite, and did a wonderful job. Our gutters hadn't been cleaned for a few years and we have a lot of tree, so there was lot to clean-out.

I had used this company last year to clean my windows and was very pleased with the results and their service. This year I was put-off at first since only one worker showed up whereas last year there was two. I was concerned that it would take much longer than planned as I needed to be somewhere else later in the morning. It turned out that the young man was very professional, accommodating and and was finished with the job in record time. I paid less than the previous year due to all of the above.

We had all Winter serious problems with our Gutters we are now a new Customer of Angie;s list and are very happy that we found the Company to resolve our Home problems. My house is like a tower, and the gutters and windows are a challenge. The two workers managed to clean them all and the windows look better than they ever have. They knew what they were doing and I felt comfortable with them in my house. They charge by the hour and they work hard so I felt it was worth it.

Andy the owner explained to me on rate of charge ($80/man hour) and asked questions to give me an estimate on the time it would take to do the job. Proof of insurance were provided to me before start of the job. In about 1.5 hours, the 2 crews have had all my gutters professionally cleaned out with minor repair (caulking). A lot of debris have come out as I can see and they have exercised good care of not damaging my house with their equipment. Overall I am happy with their service although they were late for about 30 minutes on the date of service.

They did an excellent job. I would use them again.

These guys are the absolute best. They arrive on time, they're polite, they work efficiently and quickly and do a great job. The price was reasonable too.

I knew that they were expensive. However, I called them because I wanted a good job done. I wanted to make sure that I got the windows thoroughly cleaned. They didn?t seem to do a good job, especially with the crevices and nooks. I have a regular sized house. I have about 14 windows and 2 sliding doors. There were two men on the job and they charged around $75 an hour, depending on the work that they did. I felt that $75 an hour to clean the windows was a lot of money. I expected high service from them, considering the money I paid and also their reputation. The work done by them wasn?t worth the money I paid. I saw that they used dirty water to clean the windows. They used the same water that had been used for the other windows. I asked one guy to use the vacuum before he cleaned the windows, but he refused to do that. The power wash was okay; it wasn?t great. There was a dead snail on the porch. I thought they could have got it off during the power wash. I told them that the work didn?t look so great. They told me that it was the best that they could do. The quality of their work was very poor. When they left, the white part on the sliding doors and windows were still filthy. All the dirty water was left on the white areas of the windows. The windows were just a year old and some of them weren?t even opened. So, it wasn?t a big job. The guys were very nice and professional. When I checked their website, I knew that they had to wear booties to work. They did wear them, but they took them off later. They just didn?t do a good job. They were very responsive, only if I brought something up with them. They were punctual.

I was desperate to get help on a very rainy day. My garage ceiling was leaking badly because of debris build-up near the roof peak in the flashing area. My husband was working in Palo Alto and said he could come home and clean it out to prevent further damage, but it would take him at least 45 minutes to get home in the bad weather and rush hour -- in addition, he has a bad back and I did not want him to do the work. I called another contractor at 4:45 p.m. who said he was unable to do it, but recommended Andy at Superior Window Cleaning. Andy called me around 5:45 p.m. and offered to do an estimate the next day. I could tell this is what he preferred, and no wonder -- this was the end of a busy day. He also tentatively offered that he could come now if needed. I thankfully accepted, though I felt a little guilty. He made it over by 6:30 p.m. Keep in mind it was raining, very overcast, and nearly dark. He worked hard for an hour in the dark to get the job done in bad conditions. I was so impressed with his dedication and sacrifice. What's more...he could have charged some crazy amount because I hadn't even asked for an estimate. But he charged a reasonable amount. He was also very polite and pleasant.

They did a good job. They were a little bit expensive, but they were prompt. There was little miscommunication and I didn?t mention it to them initially. However overall they did a fine job.

They always do great job and there have always been different people coming over the years and I have never had any issues with them. They have always been respectful, friendly and professional.

The windows looked perfect, my husband also took a look at the roof and the gutters and he told me that it has never looked that clean. Their price was lowest compared to the other bids we received and the quality of the work done was excellent.

The two guys arrived about 5 minutes early. They set up quickly and worked efficiently - one inside and one outside. I was pleased that Andy had given me advice over the phone to ensure that I had items cleared from in front of the windows. The charge was $140 per hour for 2 guys and I did not have to pay for moving furniture and plants. I was expecting about $210 - so the final cost was pretty close.

Work was done promptly, without any problems, finished in less time than estimate, charged me the minimum amount as we had agreed earlier.

They are very thorough and very professional. About an hour after we had the windows cleaned someone called us to see if we were satisfied with the service. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

The workers did a good job in cleaning our gutters. They're also polite and did, willingly, what I asked them to do-little things like pour water on the solar panels and rinse the gutter well. They were able to finish the job within an hour.

I called to get an estimate for cleaning the gutters of my 1700 sf house. The estimate was $70/hour/person, and the man I talked to said that usually two men come at a time. Being satisfied with the estimate, I scheduled an appointment for later in the week. On the day of the appointment, the man arrived a couple minutes early and got to work right away. He seemed to be doing a very thorough job, filling more than 10 bags worth of debris. He cleared the leaves and such, then cleared the gutters, then washed the gutters, and then washed the downspouts. Afterwards, he cleaned up the pavement where dirt had fallen from the roof to the ground. The job ended up taking a little more than 2 hours since he was alone. A couple days later, I received a thank you note from the company for my business. That was a nice touch!

Was able to schedule an appointment on the day I called, and service was performed within a couple of days. Did a good job with that and cleaned up after themselves. Requested that they repair some damaged downspout to drain pipe transitions, but needed to do some work on them after they left to get them repaired correctly. They did a good job with the cleaning; if you need repairs they are probably not as well suited to do that, as these were pretty minor repairs.

I called and left a message and got a return call within an hour. We scheduled the appointment and they were right on time. They had the whole job done in an hour. We have also scheduled to have them wash the inside and outside of the windows.
