Superior Window Cleaning

Arrived on time, quality of work excellent, but cost almost double what I've paid other services in the past. I have a small home that took them only about 35 minutes to finish but I had to pay their minimum charge for 1 hour x 2 persons.

Excellent scheduling and communication. Bill came with nice thank you, and a clear expatiation of the costs. The costs were in line with what I expected. I did check that their Contractors State License Board license was current--good--because ladder/roof work is fraught with accidents. My property is a rental so I did not actually see the results of the work, so I marked Quality N/A, but I trust they did a fine job from their process.

The rain gutters on our 2 story home were cleaned of debris, and the down spouts were flushed. Also included was roof and valley clearing. Our roof is wood shake. The work done by Javier and Robert was completed in 1 hour as estimated. The workers arrived on time. The total charge for our job was $160. Both men were very efficient and polite. All debris was cleaned off the patio and walkways before the workers left. my husband and I were very pleased with the work, and we even received a follow up thank you card from Superior 2 days later! I highly recommend this company, and I will use them in the future for window cleaning.

They were punctual and rang the doorbell at the exact moment they were scheduled to be at my home. My home has 3 vertical stories of glass windows. They removed the windows on the third story to wash them and reinstalled them to minimize the cost to me by not having to bring in specialty equipment to wash them from outside. Everything gleamed after they completed the task.

I choose Superior Window Cleaning from Angie's list because of the good reviews I read. And true to what I read, they are committed to the highest quality service they are advertising. When I called toinquire about the price of gutter cleaning, Andy, the owner quoted me an estimate on the phonecompared to the 2 companies I called befoehand, which they still needed to see my property to get a quote.The only thing it got me worried is that I have to pay an initial $160,00 for an hour right away and whatif it will take more than an hour and I have to pay more. He said that the extra minutes will be prorated,so I said oh well, it may not take more than an hour anyway, so I just went ahead and booked them. The extra day I have to wait again for the two companies is not worth going for a time off from my work again.The 2-man crew arrived 15-minutes early to set-up their ladders and worked right away. No minuteswere wasted. We requested them to clean the 2nd floor bathroom windows and they did it for free,they even gave us tips on how to clean our windows by ourselves which is awesome. The servicewas done in an hour. They are very professional. Afew days after, I got a Thank You card from the mail from the company. I think that is so cool!

We called on Friday, October 7th, to inquire if Livermore was in the company's service area, and were pleased to find out that Livermore is in their service area. I indicated that we wanted our gutters cleaned and repaired (if necessary), and inquired about the price. The person I spoke with indicated the the cost would be $100 per man hour. Because the company had received such great reviews, we decided to go ahead a schedule an appointment to have the work done. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear that they could have someone out to do the work on Monday, October 10th, @ 8:00! Alex, the serviceman, arrived on time. My husband walked with Alex around the perimeter of our 2500 sq ft, two story home, and showed him the areas where we were concerned the gutter seams may need repairing. Alex started straight away, and, after cleaning and inspecting the gutters, let us know that our gutters were not leaking and no repairs were necessary. We have a lot of trees, and the buildup of leaves was all that was causing problems in the areas where we had concerns. When Alex was finished with the job, there was no debris left laying around on the ground below the gutters; he cleaned it all up. Total cost $200.00 We were very pleased with the outcome!!! After Alex left, my husband indicated that we will have to have Superior Window Cleaning out each fall to ensure our gutters remain free of debris.

They were very quick to respond to my phone call. I knew the exact number of sliding doors , windows and square footage of the house so they were able to give me an estimate over the phone. I scheduled service for that same week. They were on time, very respectful and professional. Two gentlemen cleaned all the screens, windows , doors and skylights. They left no mess behind.

Javier and Robert arrived on time and prepared to work. One started on cleaning out the gutters and the others started on the inside windows. They both worked on the outside windows. Javier even fixed a loose patio handle for me.

I live in a second story apartment in Antioch, California. I sent a request for a quote to this company today, the same day that I joined Angie's List. Although Mr. Shavalia called me back within an hour of my request, when he discovered how far Antioch is from his base in Santa Clara, he basically told me that he wasn't interested in my business due the distance involved. In fact, he said there would be a $160.00 charge just for mileage/transportation. I told him that Angie's List indicated his service included the entire bay area except for Marin, Sonoma, Napa, and Solano counties. He said he would check into that. This was a total waste of my time and effort. Obviously, Angie's List needs an update on this business. The business' own web page seems to indicate they are more interested in the bigger high-rise buildings than residences. For sure, they are not interested in Antioch apartment dwellers.

This was an extremely smooth operation and I am so pleased with the results. Not only was the work done well, they followed up with a card thanking me for me business.

It went well. Some of the windows had hard water spots on them. They told me in advance that they didn't know if they would be able to totally eliminate the hard water spots, and they couldn't. However, they got most of it off and the windows as a whole were really clear and clean. They charged $160 an hour and worked less than two hours. They did a good job. I've used them once before too. They are reasonably priced. I did not actually check with anyone else to make a comparison, so I cannot really complain about the price. I would use them again.

I called Superior Window Cleaning on a Tuesday, hoping to have someone clean the windows in my new house on Thursday. I was moving in on Friday. I thought it was very short notice, but Andy was very helpful on the phone and said it would be no problem. He said a team of two would be out to the house between 11 am and 1 pm. At exactly 11 am three people showed up and started the job. They worked very efficiently and quickly. Unfortunately, one of the double-paned bedroom windows broke as soon as the worker started to clean it. He immediately told me about it and said he was putting a call in to Andy. I was told they would replace it at their expense, and I could wait to pay for the window cleaning until the window was fixed. Within a half hour Andy called me to say that I could either get the window fixed by someone I wanted or he would arrange to have someone he had worked with before come and measure for a new window. I had just moved to the area and so chose to use his contact. Within one hour a gentleman arrived to measure for a new window, and it was replaced in a few days. I am satisfied with the window cleaning and more than satified with the excellent customer service I received. Superior Window Cleaning knows how to treat their customers and I would definitely use them again. I appreciate their professionalism in all aspects of their work. I even received an apology card and a thank you card for my business.

This is a very friendly and customer service oriented company. They asked for specific information during my initial call, then provided me with an estimate and set up the appointment. The crew arrived on time and went to work right away. The were very polite and did an excellent job on all of the windows and skylights in my home. On our final inspection, they went back over any areas that needed additonal work. There was only one area for improvement (and I did not notice this until they had left) and that is they could have been more careful not to bang into and mark the paintwork on a few of my walls.That is why I gave them a B on quality. However, overall this was an excellent experience and I even had a note of thanks from the company 2 days later.

I liked the people who were involved in the job. I also like the fact that they sent me a thank you card for choosing them. That was a good follow-up. They missed one window, yet I would rate them high. I will use them in the future.

They gave me a quote over the phone, and explained clearly that things could change based on how long they ended up needing to spend. In the end, they spent a little less time than they'd expected, and charged me less that originally quoted as a result. Did a great job, cleaned up well after them selves, and were generally very professional.

Alex and Sean arrived on time. They did all the requested work, doing a thorough job of cleaning, including cleaning up any mess resulting in the yard. The price turned out to be $40 less than the estimate.

They are wonderful. We?ve been using them for many years. They show up when they say they will. They call up when they are going to come early. They just do the job. I would use their services again in the future.

They were extremely prompt, professional, and polite. In additional to cleaning our windows, I asked for an estimate for cleaning the walls and ceiling of our dining room, which houses our three house rabbits. There was a plethora of small black dots of fly excrement on all the moldings, and scattered across the walls and ceilings. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for the wall cleaning, and it ended up taking almost twice as long as they had originally estimated. It was a huge amount of labor intensive cleaning. I offered to pay more, but they insisted on sticking to the original quote, and didn't skimp at all on the 32 windows. My windows had not been cleaned in over 4 years and they were filthy. They spent hours and hours getting them sparkling clean. It was a difficult job, and would definitely hire again!

They were prompt and on time. They were efficient and got everything done pretty quickly. They did a pretty good job.

I thought they were a little pricey, but I didn't check with anybody else though and I can't say they were out of line. There were two guys that came in. They were pretty fast. They didn't take very long and they were clean. I would use them again in the future. They were thorough and they knew what they were doing. Their quality was good. I didn't have any complaints. They came when they said they would and they didn't take very long from the time I called them which was good.

I called Superior Window Cleaning just before a big storm in December to have our gutters cleaned of leaves and debris. The appointment was made for that same afternoon. Two men came at the appointed time and immediately got to work on our one-story, approx 1600 sf home. One worker used a blower to blow all leaves off the roof and valleys while the other began clearing the gutters of all debris. Then they used a hose to flush out all the downspouts. Next they rinsed off any debris clinging to the sides of the gutters. The rest of the work continued on the ground as the men raked and swept the leaves from around the house. The job took an hour and a half from start to finish. The men were very thorough. It was well worth it.

Guys showed up, said hello and asked some questions about any issues they should watch out for, got to work, finished within a few hours, took payment and left. All went very smoothly, and they did a good job.
