Superior Window Cleaning

During Scheduling the visit, they were very professional. They charge per Man hour basis. Two people came to our house at the time of appointment. They gave us a estimate saying 3 hrs for all the above cleanings & Power washing. They completed within estimated time. their work is very satisfactory. I would call them again for above services though they are little pricey as they complete the work in good fashion.

Brandon arrived on time and did an exceptional job. My windows and glass doors sparkle! I could not be more pleased with his professionalism and excellent work. The price is a bit on the expensive side but worth the extra money to have great work done.

They are an Angie's List member and I had no problems with them at all. I like their work. The gentlemen were very courteous. I had no problems. When I get my windows cleaned up I will give them a call back. Their price was fine. Their quality of work was great. Their responsiveness and punctuality was perfect. Their professionalism was great. They got it all done. They did exactly what the wanted and they got it done in a very timely manner.

Employees were prompt, courteous, worked very rapidly. So quickly and "efficiently" were they done (1 hr-2 story home 2,700 sq feet) that I did not inspect until after they left. There were piles of debris left in the garden (small, obviously from their flushing the downspouts) I actually extracted handsful of pine needles from the downspouts. I called the office to notify them about what I found. I got a nice printed letter from the owner, apologizing for inconvenience, suggesting a resource if I wanted gutter extensions for drainage, but not doing anything about what I complained about.

Contact from Andy was quick and an appointment scheduled immediately. Brandon & David were on time and pleasant. The completed job was performed well with Brandon following up on some of David's work. David was also instructed to re-clean several areas by Brandon. Having to keep tabs on David's work was daunting and I didn't care for the two cigarette breaks by Brandon since the job in and of itself was pricey.

I met Brandon and David at my home, let them in and showed them around. Brandon asked if I wanted the blinds closed or open when they left. I gave them a key, told them how to return it to me and left them alone. I came home to sparkling windows, clean screens and all was well. I have used Superior before with the same excellent results.

They were good. The screens could have been cleaner but overall they were careful, professional and prompt.

Appart from 2 windows inside the windows were fairly clean. They STOLE my 8 year old's wallet from her dresserr in her room, took all the cash out of it (about $100) and threw the wallet in the garden. I found the wallet with her little notebook in it and a few european coins left in it behind the garden wall. These people were the only people who had access to my house in the last two weeks. I'm shocked and angry. I paid more than $850 to have the windows cleaned and I think that is outrageous.

It could not have gone better. I was given a quote by phone after telling them my house square footage and gutter linear measurement The cleaning team was on time, had all the needed equipment. They were careful and surefooted on the roof. Did it very quickly and expertly. Were pleasant to deal with. And my gutters were really stuffed with oak tree debris and silty stuff that had worked its way through the gutter guards. If they do windows as well as they do gutters, I will definitely have them do windows this summer.

Very professional company - picks up the phone right away - service is fast, quality is superb I am washing the windows again this coming Thursday! I wish every contractor was like these guys. Bravo!

Our house was in despearte need of having the windows and gutters cleaning. I e-mailed Superior Window Cleaning, and received a prompt call back to discuss my project. A date was arranged quickly for the service to be performed. On the date of service, I got a call from the technician saying he would be about 15 min late. This call came about 30 min prior to the scheduled service, but I have to say that I appreciated the proactive approach. I never have a problem with a late arrival as long as I am done the courtesy of being informed beforehand. It's just good service. I was pleased to meet Mark when he arrived at our house. He was a very nice, well-mannered, personable young man. He got straight to work, and worked his tail off to get the job done. Our house isn't easy for this type of work. It's tall and has tall windows, and is built into a hillside. I got no complaints, no hesitation, just hard work. He did a truly excellent job, and that speaks volumes of the quality of the company and its employees. They have most definitely earned more business from me.

The team is always on time and the work is done efficiently and perfectly. We live in an area that has a lot of dust, so the exterior of the windows get pretty bad thru the winter. The Superior comes and all is sparkling again.

This is the second year we've used Superior to clean our roof after most of the leaves have dropped from our elm-lined street. I called and was given a next-day appointment with a 2-hour window. The two workers came within the allotted timeframe. They completed the cleaning of gutters and roof on our 1600 sf home in one hour. We like that they bag the contents and leave the perimeter of the house clean. We used to get up on a ladder and clean the gutters ourselves but don't want to do that anymore. This is a more thorough cleaning of the entire roof. From first contact to actual cleaning, it's friendly, fast, and professional service--and our roof was ready for the winter rains.

Did a thorough job of cleaning gutters, repairing a downspout and making sure all downspouts worked.

Called up this business, and asked how they removed the debris. They said they bagged it up and took it off the roof. They said they did not dump the debris off the roof into the yard. I asked them to come clean my roof and downspouts. The crew showed up a few minutes before the appointed time, and were friendly. I met them outside my door, and asked again about how the debris was removed from the roof. I emphasized that it was important not to dump the debris into the garden plants. (Newly-installed tender landscaping.) You can probably guess how this went. Three minutes after they went up onto the roof, a large clump of debris sailed past my window and broke a new plant. Roof debris was scattered for 20 feet around my house. They hit my car with roof gravel. I was not happy. I sent them away. I wanted to give the owner a chance to make things right, or at least apologize, so I waited for 2 more days. He did call, but he didn't offer to fix it and he didn't apologize.

Everything was very professional from start to finish. The price was fair and the work was done quickly and well. It was a rainy day, but the boys had no complaints. They were courteous and took their shoes off before coming in as well. I'm very satisfied and would recommend and use them again.

Noticed some parts of gutters of our house clogged during the first rain storm. Read reviews here then called Superior Windows Cleaning. Very easy to schedule the service. Two workers showed up on time on the date of service. They were courteous and professional. They checked out the problem areas and surveyed the rest of house gutters, told me their overall diagnosis then fixed/cleaned the gutters. In and out within an hour, very efficient. No more clogging in recent rain storm. I'm very happy with their service, will use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I called yesterday afternoon and they were able to schedule the visit for this morning. Two nice gentlemen came out to clean the gutters and downspouts, and also cleaned a two-story window plus windows on the second floor. I wasn't clear that I wanted the downstairs windows cleaned so they didn't do those, but really that was fine since I can do those myself without problem and I realize I was confusing in my request.

My past experience help to understand my perspective: The winow washer that I usually is having back problems. He and his helper spend about two or three hours, wash windows, remove screens, scrubs them with hoses and cleans window tracks. They offer to change light bulbs that I cannot reach and never concern themselves with additional services I might suggest. Their usual charge is $300 and I have them every six months. Superior Windows Service: The promoted Angie's List coupon was not available on Superior's website nor was it ever offered. Though two men had been promised, one showed at the appointed time. Windows were washed but screens were only wipped down (inside the house so assume dirt is just scattered on my floors). Asked window washer if he was going to remove and wash screens was told "well I can but that will take more time and cost more", when washing was complete I pointed out spots that had been missed and those cleaned as I pointed out. It wasn't until later when sun was on each window that I could see the smears and spots still left. Estimate is that 60% of windows had smudges or specks. Window washer had difficulty in reaching high areas as he had brought the incorrect size of ladder into house. He was definitely not familiar with doing windows in high places as he needed me to steady his ladder. When he could not reach one area, he said he could get another ladder but that would take more time and add to the cost. The final bill was $360, less than the quote, but he was here about fours. That works out to a rate of $95.00 per one man hour. That rate is more than I pay electricians, appliance repair and general handymen. When inspecting the outside of the house I found a pad of steel wool left on a ledge and a single edge unguarded razor blade on my front step. I will not use them again even though they sent thank you card

Original appointment indicated they would send a two man team. Single man with truck showed up only 7 minutes late. Work completed in slightly under 3 hours (our windows were pretty dirty). Worker was competent and focused. Drop cloths used at all times for interior work. It's like we're living in a new house! Will definitely use this company again.

Very prompt and professional estimate from Andy. The job was done within a few days of the estimate. Javier & Alex arrived right on time. They did a thorough job and were friendly and efficient. Very reasonable price for a 2-story house. I'll definitely hire them again.

I called the company and had an appointment within 1 week. The guys showed up right on time. They finished in about 1 hour. Very nice. The only comment that I would make is that I do not think showing up smoking a cigarette is the best practice. My obvious concern about working on my house is the height that they have to climb to. The approached it very efficiently and safely. I appreciated the gutters cleaned out so well, as well as clearing my driveway and surrounding walkways.

I found them through Angie’s List. They were just on time and they did a good job.
