They were on time, did a good job, and cleaned up afterwards.

I spoke with the office and they were very accommodating, arranging a time when I could be at the vacant unit. Two men arrived on time and asked me to explain which windows I wanted washed. They proceeded to do the job in 1 hour and the windows sparkled. They washed the screens and put up a new screen for me on the patio. Very fast and efficient with great results.

Excellent considering how dirty it all was. Work scheduled 3 weeks in advance as I was busy before that. Two guys came on time; $70/ per hr. work rate. Worked steadily for 3 1/2 hrs. Vacuumed sills & tracks, washed inside & outside w/ Downey soap & water. Took screens out gently to clean. They let me know that because a couple of the plastic screens had become weakened in the sun, these simply broke in their hands upon touching which I had seen happen anyway. They were apologetic about it & said they unfortunately had to charge extra as they had to use more time to make sure to clean the rest carefully. My budget was $300/but I expected a little higher anyway due to the difficulty of the job.

They were absolutely great. I wish I had known about them before. They were very easy to schedule an appointment with and were very professional. They were considerate and efficient. They also accommodating me with dusting some objects that were high while they were up there.

I received a couple of quotes for window cleaning that were about 200 to 250 hundred dollars. In most cases, the person would come to the house and give me an exact quote for the job. When I called Superior Window Cleaning for the quote, the representative said he could give me a quote over the phone and told me that the job would be $70.00 an hour and the job would be about $200 dollars. Two men arrived on the time appointed and took a little over two hours to complete the job, then charged me over $300 for the job stating that it was $70.00 per man per hour, which was quite a shock to me, and had I known how expensive it would be, would not have contracted this company. I feel that they charged way too much for a single story 1600 square foot house, and should have been more clear about the cost.

In preparation for moving we had all the windows cleaned inside and out. This included a 4-Seasons Sun room with a curved glass roof. The guys were terrific! Professional, prompt, clean; no leftover suds, rags; everything was sparkling when they finished. We will be using them often at our new home. They do a much better job than I ever could. We were very pleased with them.

They showed up as promised at 10:00 am. I had prearranged on the phone for them to do it and they charged by the hour. So I didn't get an estimate as they had no idea what they would find once they went up on their ladders to clean. They worked quickly and efficiently, and finished well before I expected them to. Very good price with very good service.

We have a lot of windows and screens. They washed everything separately and between all cracks. They answered all questions and were careful with everything. They took off their shoes before entering the house. He came back later to pressure wash the patio and it very clean and looks beautiful. They were very accommodating.

They came, examined the windows carefully and told me of all the existing scratches before starting the work. They couldn't get to a few windows because of a car blocking the access. They came back at a convenient time for me and were flexible on the price of the second intervention since the circumstances were out of my control.

They showed up on time and completed the job in one hour. However, I had to clean the floors, when they were done. I have hardwood floors downstairs and you could see the mans dirty foot print and drops of water. So, I can imagine the dirt on the carpet upstairs. Also, they did not get all of the glue off of the new windows and door.

I reviewed several companies on Angie's list before calling Superior Windows. I had actually called about one month before I was ready for the work to be completed to get an estimate. I submitted an on line request, and was called back with an hour. When I called to schedule the work, there were three times available within a five day window. The workers arrived on time, wore shoe coverings, and were so quiet I almost they were there. There was no water left on floors or furniture. Two days later, I received a thank you note in the mail from the owner, Andreas. I can't believe I waited so long to have sparkling windows. I will definitely call again.

The window cleaners were prompt and worked diligently on the windows. The owner was very accommodating. As part of our homeowners board we recommended them for the complex. We live in a 3 story townhouse and they did not have any difficulty with reaching every window. For the association, we had them come out, inspect each size unit and give us a written bid.

The entire process was pleasant. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and the workers arrived on time. The person I talked with on the phone was courteous and professional. The work was scheduled for Friday afternoon and the workers arrived a few minutes early. The workers were polite, quick, and efficient. The work was completed within 1 1/2 hours and the windows and screens look great! I even received a card in the mail thanking me for my business the next day.

Great! They promptly called me back, described work to be done, provided an estimate over the phone and scheduled job for the next week. The window washers were prompt, did an excellent job and completed within the estimated time.

The two workers were on time (a few minutes early, in fact). They were very efficient and did a thorough job. I was worried about our carpets when I saw them come in with a bucket of water, but they were amazing in their ability to not get water on anything other than the window glass. They wore booties over their shoes to protect the interior floor coverings. They also came in under the estimated cost. We would definitely use them in the future.

Both of the men who did the work were very polite. They were on time, and didn't charge more than the estimate.

Excellent work. On time, below estimate. Excellent quality. Polite workmen. I'd hire these guys again in a second.

SUPERIOR STANDS BEHIND ITS NAME, WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR OVER 7 YRS. THEY USE ONLY THE BEST MATERIAL, VERY CLEAN, FAST AND RELIABLE. THEY HAVE REPAIRED SCREENS WHICH WAS NOT PART OF THE ESTIMATE.

SUPERIOR WINDOW CLEANING DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING THE WINDOWS. THE CREW THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY HARD WORKING AND THEY LEFT NO STREAKS. THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE.

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE FACT THAT THEY TOOK OFF ALL THE SCREENS TO CLEAN EACH WINDOW. THIS INCLUDED BOTH THE FIRST AND SECOND STORY WINDOWS. THE MEN WERE ON TIME AND VERY COURTEOUS. THE WINDOWS LOOKED GREAT.
