Description of Work: We agreed to a price of $160 to snake my drains. This price is equivalent to other times a plumber came out to snake either from the sink or from the roof vent. They were unable to unclog it from the sink so had to go on the roof. That is when the price became $200 higher. No other plumber in the 21 years we've lived here has charged extra for that. After we hesitated, they offered a lower price of $300 and if they couldn't unclog it, we would pay nothing. For a good 15 mins before coming in to tell us they had to go on the roof, I could hear them outside talking about how they were going to charge us more than initially agreed upon.

Description of Work: Our home had a leaky pipe that was located between the main water pipe and our home. The leak got really bad and Superior sent out workers to assess the leak within the hour of calling - other plumbers we called that day could not even come out to assess for several days. They quickly and efficiently found the source of the leak and gave us a very fair estimate of what the repairs would cost. Because we needed a permit to get the work done (which they took care of) we needed to wait a few days to get the work done. They did an outstanding job, and even discovered a gas leak which they were able to fix. I would DEFINITELY use this company again. They were professional, friendly, pricing was very fair - for example, they didn't think they would need to drill into our sidewalk to fix the leak, but they had to. And they still honored the price that they quoted us on the estimate. And our price also included a discount since we found them on Angie's List. They were the best!
