Sunwest Painting did an outstanding job in every way; we now plan to hire them to paint our house exterior this spring. Luis communicated and followed up promptly; his painter Pablo arrived on time, protected the carpeted floor, repaired the plaster; and while it was drying found other touch-up jobs to do. He retextured the surface perfectly and managed to find paint that was a perfect match; I'm delighted with the quality of work. At my request, Luis came out immediately to review the two story house exterior and within three days gave us a painting estimate with insurance documentation and references. Sunwest has the responsiveness of a small company, the skills and professionalism of a large one, and an attention to quality and detail that's all their own. A++

Carlos arrived on time, worked neatly, professionally, efficiently, steadily and carefully, with great attention to detail. He used good judgment on when a second coat was needed, and even took down and put back up the window blinds, which made the painting of the window frames both more accurate and more efficient.

They sent one person to paint our living/dining room and hall. I gave him instructions on what absolutely had to be completed in the time allotted and an optional space if there was time. While it was clear that his English was limited, he said he understood and I left. My husband, who is not the type to question the way someone does his work, stayed in case there were questions. Instead of completing the optional space, the painter decided not to paint part of the required job. Instead he and his manager tried to convince us to add on time for extra payment. I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, but it seemed clear that the omission was intentional, in order to get more money from us. Even after I cleaned up the paint splashes around the room, the icky feeling of this transaction stayed with me for a long time.

Carlos was on-time both days, understood what we wanted him to do, started right away, and was very flexible. We are very happy with his work!

Called two different Angie's list providers and Luis called back within 2 hours. Other called back later the next day. Came out within two days fro an estimate, had it within 24 hours, within two weeks came out and did the work. Luis is the utmost professional. Was there exactly when he said he'd be, job finished earlier than he quoted and right on price. Work was flawless - no issues, great clean-up and crew was outstanding. Because it was so good, we are having him back to do more work in January once some of our greenery gets trimmed back. Best painting company I've ever used.

Sunwest Painting did a great job on my one story house. Luis came out to make an estimate and made recommendations which helped keep the cost down. He even offered to match the paint and purchase the paint for us. His painters, Pablo and Salvador did a great job of prepping the house to prevent overspray and painting quickly and efficiently. Process went well. Tony & George were very polite worked hard, answered questions, attentive to details.

Good quality work and punctual. A little messy splatter but nothing that couldn't be cleaned with soap and water.

Carlos came on time, listened to what we wanted done, and performed the work well. Completed the work in 8 hrs.

Marco was very prompt. His attitude was friendly but professional. His work was excellent. He was very clean – covered all floors and carpet before painting.

It was great. There was an initial miscommunication about the work, but Luis, the owner called us and apologized and rescheduled for the next day without complaint. The worker showed up right on time, was really conscientious, and worked quickly and efficiently. We had paid for a special deal of 8 hours of time but it only took about 6 hours, so the worker went around the house and touched up other areas. This was beyond what we expected and we look forward to using Sunwest Painting for other jobs around the house.
