 + -1 moreWe invited Said over to take a look at our remodel. While I was impressed he had some general knowledge of ADA requirements (which were important for our project), I ended up not going with him: - He tried to discourage us from getting building permits, and then told us he'd charge us a lot more. The other contractors we've talked to encouraged permits from the start. - He had difficulty communicating and listening. When I tried to explain some details of the project, he disregarded our idea and told us he'd make an estimate based on his idea of the bathroom. - He never did send us an estimate in the end (it's been over 2 months). Perhaps we seemed more trouble than we were worth? On the positive side, he is licensed #939679. (I mention this because the company that referred us to Said previously referred us to someone whose licensed was suspended).
Description of Work: Did a consult for a bathroom remodel.

 + -1 moreThe quality of the work is always good, he is dependable and he doesn't charge too much.
Description of Work: Sun Bay Construction did glass doors in our bathroom and he has also done a lot of work in our rentals bathrooms, like grouting, too.
