+ -1 moreThey said they would arrive in 10 days or less. They arrived 15 days later. Only one man came with the truck- the other guy got sick and the Co. didn't get anyone else to help with the move. The SMS Co didn't bring the goods. They contracted it out to another truck carrier. We had a damage claim, completed all the paperwork and pictures and no payment and no response- excuses about everything- very poor. Very slipshod quality of service for a moving company- never use again and can't recommend to anyone.

+ -1 moreThey have poor customer service. They didn't keep their verbal agreement on the delivery and items were damaged due to packaging. Two major items arrived damaged.
Description of Work: They picked me up in Richmond, CA and then moved me from San Jose, CA to Boston.
