The repair was straightforward. When I made the appointment I told him that I couldn't stay past a certain time. He made sure to arrive promptly. Once the problem was diagnosed, he knew he could get the repair finished within my available time frame, and he did. I've used SM Value before. I had an unusual appliance (spin dryer) that had its motor damaged by being plugged into a higher-than-appropriate voltage power source. Then I complicated it by trying to remove the damaged motor myself. Even though he had never seen this type of appliance before, he studied the technical specs in the manual, figured it out, and fixed it.
Description of Work: Repaired a dishwashwer leak.

Description of Work: Repaired refridgerator.Figured out it was out of freon. He spent a lot of time to make sure it was taken care of properly.
