+ -1 moreI called and said my fridge wasn’t cooling & still under warranty. They were listed on LG’s website so I was asking about warranty work. They said they’d come out. I assumed the work would be under warranty. But he ended up spending no more than 3 minutes looking at the fridge & giving me a diagnostics bill for $120 & said LG could fix my fridge under warranty. SERIOUSLY? - He knew my fridge was still under warranty - He knew I could have it fixed for free by calling LG - He just wanted to fleece me out of $120 before I got a chance to call LG

+ -1 moreVery well. On time. Hard working. Their price was about $700 less than factory service but still has a warranty.
Description of Work: My Sub-Zero side by side 642 refrigerator/freezer was failing to chill the refrigerator side. It is 13 years old. Simon came out yesterday for an inspection/quote after I contacted them at 9AM. The compressor for the refrig side was never shutting off thus was constantly running. Simon had the compressor already and came out today to replace it. It took about 2 hours. They had all the tools and equipment and even a teflon slide mat to prevent scratching my hardwood floor.
