Description of Work: I ordered 4 unfinished maple bannisters of different particular lengths, and with curved ends attached, for wall mounting. I had to go pick up the order, and what was waiting for me was a sixteen foot piece of straight maple, not cut into pieces, and without the curved ends attached. I had to wait about a half hour there to be able to talk with someone about what had happened and what would be done to correct the order. To their credit, they completed the work on the bannisters and delivered them to my house rather than make me come back to pick them up. Their attitude was rather casual, considering I had taken time off work to go get my products. I finished the bannisters and hung them myself. They are beautiful, so I do not have any quarrel with the quality. Their charges for the hardware were much higher than what Lowe's charges for what appears to be the same thing.

+ -1 moreThey were very good. They were very efficient. They came in and got everything done in a couple days time. They had to do some touch-up work in a couple of areas and they were responsible and got that done. My husband was happy with the price.
Description of Work: Simmons Stairway Inc extended some stairs and they did a railing.

+ -1 moreThey made all of the changes we wanted with no problem at all. The finished product was as good as it comes. They were very professional and punctual. Only one man did the stairs and he did it perfect. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
